The receptionist is extremely kind and will listen to you throughout your arrival. The instructions will be given with kindness, training and professionalism. If you are looking for a cottage type hotel this one is made for you! Its very mountainous decoration will immerse you right away, plus this one is very well situated by the winter tracks and with a breathtaking view of the Gourette station and the surrounding mountains. It is a little isolated from the other buildings which makes it a more quiet place. I recommend, the smaller the lunch is excellent! The family rooms are also equipped with mezzanine which I have personally learned!

Very good discovery.

A real pleasure this hotel. Nice, clean, well located, friendly owner and staff, kind and helpful. Spacious room. Bathroom with hair dryer, toiletries, soap and shower gel. Very busy breakfast buffet. Restaurant with a rich, fresh and seasonal menu-desert entry.

Happiness

We had a very good stay in a small hotel very well maintained. The bosses are very hospitable and very professional. We went with the family and everything was on top!!! I recommend this beautiful place. The rooms are very nice.

All right, all right.

We stayed for 4 days skiing in the bridge of the Immaculate in this little mountain jewel. Being in 8 we opted for the suite, spacious, cared for, cleaned and equipped with TV, fireplace and refrigerator. Dinner and breakfast are excellent and very well served. Unfortunately we had a big problem with our car and I have to say that the owner Eugénie helped us incredibly to solve many of our problems and was always cordial, kind and attentive to our needs, and especially with our children. Absolutely to come back, maybe without a blizzard!!!!

I stayed four nights in the middle of August in this small hotel of ten rooms ideally located in Chantemerle (heart of the Serre-Chevalier resort).

Charming little hotel

Super hotel very cozy and cute. Simple and warm home. Very cozy room. Proper sweet and salty lunch. Very quiet at night, even the bells of the nearby church sleep for the night.

Hotel full of charm and conviviality. The rooms are atypical and very pleasant. Ideally located, it is at the foot of the slopes, close to the Monetier and Briançon Baths. The staff is very smiling and caring for their guests.

It's a lovely little hotel.

The small hotel la Boule de Neige is located in the centre of the village and is very quiet at night. You can sleep with open windows. The rooms are large enough and equipped with wood/laminated floors. Very comfortable, non-intersecting beds. The bathrooms are also large and newly renovated. The rich breakfast buffet is served in the stylish foyer, freshly pressed orange juice! The staff is always helpful and friendly. A highlight is the dinner. The hotel has a cooperation with the restaurant Loup blanc located around the corner. There is a three-course special menu for hotel guests for 22 euros. Very uncommon and preferable in comparison to maps.

Very nice quiet hotel

We came to Chantemerle for the first time skiing and chose the Boule de Neige due to proximity to the ski lifts and it being in the centre of the village. How lucky we were. It was a charming hotel run by a very nice and helpful lady and her team. It was very clean, the rooms pleasant with a good bathroom and the meals simple but very enjoyable. We would definitely go back there and would recommend it to others wishing to stay at this pleasant little resort.

Charming small french hotel

I know Serre Chevalier well and wanted to introduce a friend to it's ski area and villages so needed a simple hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly atmosphere and well positioned.
It provided all this for a reasonable cost.
We ate breakfast in which was simple but ok with my need for decent coffee (filtered) satisfied.
As we spent few waking hours in the hotel it was all that we needed.
