A cold, distant home with two unattached dogs, unpleasant staff, including housekeepers, who have no idea about the customer relationship, deplorable, sublime, saves the stay, the beaches are easily accessible on foot.

Staff

We spent several nights in the family campsite, very quiet. We spent several nights in our van. Five minutes from the beach and next to the bike paths. Everything is possible without vehicles.

I'm on top!

A cottage that's tangled to the smallest of steps, a sliding door that's impossible to close, a railway that makes a hellish noise, siphon and fridge that's running away, personnel that doesn't know you royally, but if not four-star camping...

Unwelcoming staff

We took our touring caravan to this beautiful site. The facilities have been updated and were spotlessly clean each time we used them. The pools are beautiful for a cool down and a dip but the real swimming is to be had in the sea which is a few mins walk away. There is a bar on site which serves delicious pizzas, burgers and salads and the site managers are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this site, bring your bikes, your surf boards, your paddle boards and be prepared to have so much fun. Thank you to Anneka and Freddie for being such perfect hosts! See you again next year! 

Perfect holiday destination

This is a very nice campsite (a tent for us), which is both quiet and has very pleasant family services: swimming pools, Ping Pong table, baby football or children's games, as well as new and very clean sanitary spaces, snacks, wine shops or bread in the morning, not to mention the 5 minute walk to the beach.

A very good stay at the Camping of the Seulières

The Seulières campsite in full development is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Comfortable accommodation, relaxation and secure resource. Lodges, bungalows, caravan locations, camping cars and tents. Small swimming pools, spa, fitness, children's games, teenage corner, ballpark, snack bar, amenities, laundry, bread and wine, weekly and quiet nights. Small train in the morning to go to the Saint-Denis market briefly, all for a great stay. The must-see: a beautiful beach and the ocean 300m away on foot. Your car will also be on holiday!😉🙏

To experience the magic of Oléron at the Seulières campsite, you just have to cross the bridge.

We stopped here for a week in June .
Annika and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The site is open plan which suits us and the amenities were spotlessly clean .
There are two small plunge pools and a jacuzzi, which we didn’t use but looked brand new . 
It’s a great base for exploring the area as St Dennis market town  and harbour is only a ten minute bike ride away down mainly car  free cycle path . 
The beach is just a short walk across the road and over the dunes away .
We would definitely stay here again if we ventured onto Il de Oleron again .

Lovely site with super friendly staff

The area is very good for exploring the island. Plenty of traffic free cycle routes to enjoy. Good facilities and friendly staff. Bar open with bread cooked every day.
The beach is within walking distance with lovely rolling waves. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend a stay at this campsite.

A great campsite, a place for a relaxing holiday.

On the campsite, there's nothing wrong with the usual campers who give themselves all the right of way to your location on the pretext that it's shorter to go to the sanitary without asking you if you don't mind.

Camping of regulars plotted

We came here of a long weekend based on the reviews and found a lovely location, close to the only good surfing and swimming beach in the area and really beautiful nature.
The pitches are a good size and it backs onto an open water reserve with lots of nature.
It had good facilities, toilets and showers with the bar open most of the day. It is close to the cycling track and their is a free bus for those without.
Do be prepared for mosquitoes and loud frog noise at night, but also lovely birds, insects and even beavers!!
It isn’t cheap @€>30 night including electricity for 2 with campervan, but less expensive than others nearby…
