In Rouen for two nights we spent a pleasant time in this very decent hotel for the very pleasant price, cleanliness at all levels, very well located and easy to access on Rouen Brief has recommended without hesitation so small budget!

Well received

I'm not coming back!The reception is cute with the boat style but not further...room room, bathroom in a state...no keys to the room(the person in the reception who opens),no remote control for the TV traces of cigarette burning everywhere on the carpet, furniture, bedding....at this price it's worth my while to go away!!

Friendly staff and plenty of hot water are about the only positives from this hotel. We booked and paid for two nights but left after one as we couldn't stand another night in a cold room with a very uncomfortable bed. Job lot from a prison?! However, the couple above us seemed to enjoy their bed! There is no insulation against sound so the room was also very noisy and you can hear everything, next door's toilet, people on the stairs, etc. The heater in the bedroom didn't work. The shower was connected to the tap in the basin so the curtain wouldn't close, and there was also a 150mm gap at the bottom so water everywhere. t know we didn't pay a lot but it was more than you'd pay for a Premier Inn Travelodge, etc. Never again.

Poor Hotel but Nice Staff

Don't be fooled by the photos of this hotel! Nothing to do with reality! As soon as we get home it smells like urine! And what about the rooms the only spa I can get is pathetic! I'm putting down some pictures that will talk about herself!

The worst of the worst of the worst!

With my fiancée and I hadn't booked a hotel we went around the city to find a hotel all were full except for this hotel where there was only one room left. And well we should have avoided it! At first glance, at this price the hotel seemed convenient, the receptionist barely greeted us and gave us the key without even telling us the way it was the limit. Once we got into the room, it was the catastrophe. The room was dirty, the carpet crammed and I didn't even dare to walk barefoot, the radiator barely heated and the holes were full of holes, so there was no remote access to the reception room from the hotel! So I didn't want to use the hotel's breakfast room too much! I didn't like it! This is a poor hotel.

From the outside, it's an illusion. The common parts inside make it feel like you're in a boat with access to rooms similar to access to ship bridges. It's nice! But that's it. The rooms are in a sorry state (window that doesn't close, HS water drain even operated with a rope, cool wall, uncoated floors, HS bedding). How is such a hotel not closed? To provide breakfast is prepared at the drop counters (no bread, no warm milk,....) Go your way, there are better hotels nearby.

A scandal

I was on Rouen to see my family for a week, the hotels being all full I had no choice but to choose this hotel but just one night is enough for me... the hotel is sad, the rooms are not clean, etc... I discourage!
