One week's stay in the 209 apartment 3 in the school year was a disaster because this residence is rented in part to young Dutch people who came to party all night with loud music, disrespectful of the place (common spaces with trash dumps, cans of beer...) and tenants.

Vacations Ruined

We were in the building  Arcosses 2 . The apartment was in an unsanitary condition. The hygiene was deplorable: hair in the bathtub, the toilet brush was disgusting, suspicious traces on the sheets.

FURIOUS

After reading the average reviews I must confess that we were pleasantly surprised. Putting mattresses of better quality would be more. The sofa in bed is not the most pleasant. Otherwise ras.

Have a nice stay.

We spent a pleasant week here.  The best part of this place is its slopeside, you can almost ski to the door.  The receptionist was pleasant and friendly.  The apartment was plenty adequate.  And actually very clean.  Obviously if you are expecting 5 star, this isnt it.  But it does have everything you would need for a budget studio/apartment.  Little kitchenette with all the necessary to eat in every night, coffee maker etc.  Plenty of hot water and heat.  Its a typical French ski apartment.  We were very fortunate to be given an apartment that sleeps 6, for only 3 of us, so had heaps of space, might be a bit cramped though if there were 6.  I would recommend it.  Bring tea-towels, and basic needs, such as  your own bath towels etc.  If you dont want to clean before you leave, there is an extra charge.  Extra charge for wifi too, and TV.  So very budget place, but you came to ski and not be stuck inside.  The village itself is extremely expensive, so if you are driving, load up on supplies. I would recommend it.  And the ski resort too was pretty good, we felt we were ski in our own private resort with barely anyone here.

Apartment very well located, at the foot of the slopes and bars/restaurants. Group stays, no bad surprise for the cashing of the security at the end of the stay with a state of the place leaving in the presence of the manager of Odalis: make sure to clean properly and ask for your security check before leaving and you will not have a bad surprise.

It's in a good location, but...

It's a shame: don't come with your family. It's impossible to sleep until 1am (at the earliest). Hordes of students arrive with beer machines from huge halls!! a sketch, just hallucinating, the cops don't move anymore.

Running away for a family stay, horrible.

I got here at 1:00 p.m. and they left me on the street until 5:00 p.m. to get an apartment. It looks poor! And Ponpon at the end I clean the apartment at nine, there's no turning to make sure everyone's okay! He lets you go home and a week later he skips your bail!

This place is a simple scam that involves giving dirty looks and getting bail paid at the end with a legendary bad faith.

To run away at all

Good location, close to shops, off road, swimming pool building aging, poorly maintained equipment outpaced (chairs..) No homogeneity between places Odalys, some have gone into couches and protected mattress for health, which is not the case here (aging cover) No possibility to eat on the balcony because no beautiful mountain view Place for car nearby Too bad that last week of August, shops, restaurant closed before the end of the week especially for those taking only a week, it shouldn't have a place for me, especially left a few days earlier for this reason the landscape is beautiful that saves the whole thing

Positioning well

The apartment occupied during the stay in the Arcosses building deserves to be renovated: damaged doors, used sofa, out-of-use lighting, very limited kitchen equipment (dishes, utensils).
