When you discover that at the gates of Biarritz, the Villas Acotz, Cenitz, Choriekin and Mayarko of Domaine Lafitenia Resorts, are nestled in a botanical garden with a panoramic view of the ocean, the charm and luxury of the resort decline into a high-end elegance that does not prevent the traveler from feeling almost at home. A true truffle of 19 rooms or apartments where each villa has a spacious jacuzzi room, you will find that a young woman with a single room with a small hotel room and a small hotel room without the possibility of having to rent it.

The only experience on the Basque coast is to live in Fiasco.

To avoid I confirm everything that SERGE D says and the other negative reviews that are not bad but factual. the title is villa but you only pay for rooms in the villa, in no way the access to the common areas. the place would certainly be beautiful if it was kept and welcoming everywhere, it could then justify these rates, but absolutely NOT in the current conditions: the spa is no longer a bad one, the pool is tiny, toilets have been added in the rooms but in the space of the closets.... The rooms are nice that feel the moose / refreshing, soundproofed, gray to die: no family members or water arrives to the kitchen without any trouble, the holidays are not so bad... but it is not possible to go to the hotel, and it is not possible to get out of the hotel, and you can not even get out of the hotel, because you have a nice room, and you can not even get out of the restaurant.

The worst reception in the Basque country: a very venomous psychopathic hotel deer!

What a disappointment.

A family stay where we occupied 3 out of 4 rooms of the villa. Discreet, friendly, efficient home even with 2 hours ahead of schedule. Very good and very well organized breakfast despite the constraints due to Covid The same for the occupation of the swimming pools, arrangement with the other villas on the site, so no worry about benefiting from the other pools and being almost alone there. impeccable cleanliness. Convenient location to explore the area without being stuck in the clogs of St Jean or Biarritz.

Very very restful

I had booked this facility for 2 nights in early November. I was diagnosed with a serious illness during this period and had to be hospitalized. I had certainly booked with special conditions (not cancellable not refundable), but I clearly explained the ins and outs in several messages to the facility, which were unanswered. I did hear my hospitalization bulletin as proof... I would have appreciated at least a response or even a commercial gesture, far from me the idea of taking advantage of my personal situation.

Cancellation causes illness no response from the facility!

When I read all this slanderous advice, I see nothing but jealousy and malice, a proud place created by a sinner.

It's a beautiful place.

Beautiful comfortable room with dressing room, clean, modern and bright shower room. Good and cozy lunch in a beautiful room with terrace and clear view. Close to beautiful beaches. The negative points compared to the fare are: toilets in the hallway, the smell of moisture in the same hallway, the jacuzzy closed and the outdoor paintings black.

A pleasant stay

We spent 2 nights in this hotel at the beginning of August. After a rather positive first impression because the houses and swimming pools in the various villas are rather attractive, we were soon disappointed! At a price of €300 a night for the family room, many points are left to be desired: - no WEC in the room - no air conditioning or fan - no TV - a terrace where there is not even something to sit on - welcoming but very invasive owners who leave no freedom in terms of access to infrastructure - a hotel surrounded by campsites - a breakfast more than frugal We do not recommend this place at all!

It might be good, but...

This resort is highly overrated and overpriced. We had to change our dates and rooms because of an issue on our part. We were assigned a nice room that was like a furnace . No AC no fans. It was unbearable. The owner was not very nice. He never changed his clothes the entire week and never wore shoes. The breakfast was bare minimum. The same everyday. Everyone sits at one table. The last two nights we moved to another room. We didn’t understand there was a shared toilet in the hallway. For €200 a night all the rooms should have private toilets. The ambience of the owners was stifling. They are overworked and miserable. The rooms were nicely appointed but the rest of the week was a bad experience. NEVER would go back. Also a discrepancy in a refund at the end of the stay. Find another place in SJDL. For the price NOT worth it.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very disappointing

Quality room, but toilet in the hallway to share for 3 rooms... Formula 1 model if not the much higher rate... loud hallway noise in the morning.
