Simply put, this is a lovely B & B located a short distance from Rouen in a lovely location with its own beautiful abbey St Martin close nearby. The property is very small and on a working farm. The proprietors were very welcoming. The room was very clean with a large bathroom/shower. The breakfast was certainly ample with items produced on the farm by the owners. Most highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay

Had a lovely short stay in this Bed & Breakfast.

++ Hostess: exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Clearly, she loves what she does and we appreciated the small details like the chocolate Easter eggs in the room. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and Brigitte made sure we were happy before going back to her own house. If interested, do ask about the history of Le Pressoir; Brigitte is more than happy to show photographs of the amazing transformation from a run down apple press to the current house.

++ Room: Excellent, spacious, comfortable room, luxurious bathroom, tea and coffee provided.

++ Breakfast: excellent, traditional Normand breakfast: fresh croissants, strong cheese, bread, homemade jams; all the good stuff! Sets you up nicely for the day.

+ Location: lovely surroundings in the Seine natural park. A little difficult to access coming from the south on the country roads. However, 15 mins from Rouen, which is worth visiting, makes it also close to shops and restaurants.
