The house is very beautiful and well maintained, very clean. It is in the middle of the mountain, in absolute calm. The rooms are spacious with the necessary storage. The hosts are very kind and very helpful. The breakfast is on the map and cozy. And all this, being very well located between the castles of Queribus, Puylaurens and Peyrepertus. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Family stay in the Cathar castles

We were really shocked when we read the previous reviews here on trip adviser since we had a perfect stay (3 days) at this domaine. The place and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. Okay, there is no food there but in 5 to 10 minutes by car you will reach a lot of good and cheap restaurants. The hosts were friendly. Everyday they took there time to give us recommendations about the area (hiking, restaurants, etc.). The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Only (little) downside for me was the hard bed, but I guess that is quite subjective. And yes, don't forget cash. 

In sum we had an awesome stay and we definitely consider coming back!

What a beautiful place!

If you are looking just for a bed to sleep, this is the place for you. Not expensive, but depends on your budget (starts from U$123). No restaurant, you will not be offered dinner or any snack if you are coming, no vine will be offered also. Actually, bottled water will also be a problem. Unfriendly, even rude staff. The only feeling you will have is to leave it early in the morning. Skip the breakfast. And make sure that you have cash as they do not take cards, serious, only cash. Something positive? Yes - the view from the room is amazing, this is it.

Disaster

This is just a wrong place to stay. No food, no bottled water or vine will be offered to you for a dinner. They do a mediocre breakfast, a regular cafe can offer you a better one. Unfriendly staff. Many other great options around, skip this one.

You do not want to stay there

We stayed in this house in April with a 7-year-old after visiting the castles of Peyrepertuse and Queribus. The house and the park are very well maintained. The room is large, very clean and the bed is of excellent quality. The cafeteria is welcome, perhaps there is no kettle for a small evening infusion. Breakfast is plenty.

Have a good time.

Step stop on the way back from Spain, super welcome, ballad in the field at the cool very friendly quality/price ratio right breakfast right little hic (there's not much around for dinner)

The area is close to the Châteaux de Queribus, Perpertuse and Puilaurens. The Domaine is very beautiful, in the middle of the mountains, quiet. No noise except the singing of the cigars. The view from the terrace where we eat breakfast or dinner is beautiful. The place is very clean. The pool is beautiful and well-equipped (transats, umbrellas, shower). Very enjoyable and pleasant after a day of visit. The room is clean and comfortable, with a terrace. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Always ready to give us advice about the area. A refrigerator is available (very convenient for ice blocks and to have the cool corner). If you want to stay in us, we recommend you stay in.

Very pleasant stay

Guest room ideally located. The swimming pool is pleasant and well-equipped to rest in the sun or shade. Warm home. A cozy breakfast or chocolate bread, fresh fruit salads. Clean room. Small disappointments: slightly wet, the guest room table that is not up to the standard despite the fact that the hostess is attentive to everyone's tastes and eating habits.

We went there after being seduced by their website and the reviews that indicated that the humidity in the bathroom was very important, and indeed we are in the heart of the mountains, and no neighbors on the horizon. The wind turbines next door are not very harmful, they are not heard very much, so no difficulty. We stayed in a large room, there are storage rooms, it is quite convenient. But a small note: the humidity in the bathroom was very important, indeed when we arrived, an electrical radiator was probably on the horizon. The reception of the host was quite classic. The services of the small hotel are rather good: the hotel table is located at an excellent dining room, and it was rather convenient to rest. So we also said that it was not very far from the dining room, because it was not possible to visit the hotel, and when we arrived at the hotel, we could not eat in the same room, so we could not eat in the same room, so we could not have a lot of food and drink in the same room.
