We received a warm welcome to this very peaceful spot. The room was equipped with everything, though the lack of ventilation in the bathroom was a small negative. Our breakfast prior to departure was simply superb, and we really appreciated our chat with the lady who prepared it.  We had difficulty finding somewhere to eat the previous evening; maybe 31 October was a bad night for eating out, and we suppose that normally there would be no problem. Many thanks.

A beautiful spot

Located in the hills above Nice, a 3 minute drive from Saint-Paul-de-Vence (the castle on the top of the hill). Quirky hotel with large rooms. Not modern but well appointed, although the shower was more accurately a hose in the bath. Two separate swimming pools and good breakfast. Helpful owner/operator manager

Perfect hilltop retreat

Villa Saint Paul is a small B&B with a difference. It is located in a very quiet spot, not far from the village of Saint Paul and a short drive from Nice, Cagnes sur mer and Cannes. There are only three rooms, the one we chose had a small but well equipped kitchenette. We had the pool almost to ourselves and enjoyed a very relaxed time. The owners David and Janette could not be better hosts, the breakfast they serve is great.

Such a beautiful hotel, words cannot describe it's true wonder! 

David and Jeanette are impeccable hosts, and genuinely care about every guest as if they are family! 

The attention to detail is fantastic, the pool delightful, rooms excellent value, and the grounds impeccable. 

You can really tell that David and Jeanette want to curate a 5 star experience for guests, and without doubt they do it!

the brekfast was a beautiful way to end our trip, fresh jams, juices and croissants to die for!!

We will be back for sure!!

A truly magical and magnificent stay!!!

We stayed 3 nights here and it was our favourite accommodation of our 1 month travels in Italy and France! It is beautiful, understated and a great find. The hosts David and Jeanette are lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts excelllent and the location- just out of town is very relaxing. It is a great base to explore the area- or equally to just relax poolside.

Beautiful Villa, welcoming and elegant

Delighted we found this place. I agree with others about the amount of tourists but easily manageable to manoeuvre about. A typical taste of France including French market upon arrival. 
We travel bus bus from Nice 1.5 euros each and spent a number of hours here. 

A must place to visit 

Stayed here for 2 weeks in November and it was an unforgetable experience ! We wanted to holiday in the South of France, but did not want to stay in Nice or Cannes; we wanted  a quiet place to relax and read book and we are so  glad that we found this B and B. The  Villa is absolutely beautiful, the architecture and finishings very elegant and classy.
 If you stay in the villa, you are served breakfast in the dining room. First, freshly squeezed orange juice and then eggs made to your choice by either Jeanette or David.  Of course the breakfast buffet has the usual, croissants, pain au choclat, fruit salad, muesli, yoghurt and delicious home made jams and exceptionally great baguettes !
There is a kitchen in your room, so you can cook your own meals for lunch or dinner. There is plenty of sitting area, both indoors and outdoors so you can eat your meals on the terrace in front of the swimming pool.The gardens are manicured to perfection ! 
In addition to this, there is a first class gym with a wide assortment of machines, all very brand new. Also a beautiful Turkish bath and relax area. This villa is situated  at the end of a very quite street and is so quiet and relaxing. This place is ideal if you want to visit the art galleries of Saint Paul de Vence, in addition you only have to walk to a nearby bus stop to take the bus to Nice. We also included in our trip Matisse´s Chapel of the Rosary, which I also recommend, regardless if you are religious or not, it is an incredible feat of art !
In short, this place has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, a beautiful location, lots of things to do in the surrounding area such as visiting museums and art galleries, the big city of Nice nearby, as well as Menton and Cagnes sur Mer and you will enjoy great hospitality as well, in a nutshell, the best B  and B the world has to offer !
