A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The city tax is due upon arrival. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent a disposable linen kit on site for the following extra charges: Disposable single bed linen kit: EUR 6.50 Disposable double bed linen kit: EUR 8.50.
