A stunningly beautiful ancient home with a welcoming olive tree in the court yard.  We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Welcoming, comfortable and - yes - tricky to drive to on narrow village streets.

Gorgeous restored home near Beziers and Pezanas

Une Chambre D'Hotel superbe, avec des chambres magnifique, à l'ancien, géré par une dame trop gentille, au tour d'un cour sympa où on a le plaisir de profiter d'un très bon petit déjeuner le matin. Une est resté à peine une nuit, mais on retournera...

A simply lovely Guest House - you would be hard pushed to find anything nicer - with lovely, old fashioned bedrooms in a beautiful old house gathered around an old courtyard under the shadow of the Abbey next door where the charming lady who runs it provides an provides an excellent breakfast to send you on your way in the morning.
We were only able to stay for one night, but we will definitely go back....

Superbe...

Saint-Sauveur is how a bed n breakfast (chambre d'notes) should be done.  The maison is beautifully located in a small village near the Etang de Thau.  You will be staying in a small village within easy drives of beautiful beaches and villages such as Agde, Sète, beautiful Pezenas and Beziers.  For us this is perfect, to not have the bustle of a larger village but close by.  Your hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming - you will feel well, you will feel at home.  The large home features nice sized rooms and a beautiful courtyard (cour) where you can have your breakfast or open a bottle of wine.  Everyone has their taste, but for experienced American travelers who have lived in France for several years-- this is our type of place!

Warm owners, lovely house, nice location

Arriving after dark we had a little difficulty finding Saint Saveur, as we couldn't see the direction signs to it in the dark and the streets nearby can be very narrow; our normally good GPS became rather confused. But the warm welcome we received and the welcoming feel of the house made that really unimportant. Patricia showed us to the parking area just across from the house and we entered the house through the courtyard garden. We saw it properly the next morning and imagine it must be lovely to sit out there in warm weather and have breakfast at the long table.

The house was warm and comfortable and is very tastefully furnished with lovely decorative and some quirky pieces. We were in the Shell Room, which was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was cleverly hidden by hanging sliding doors in the next room of our little suite. Everything we needed was provided.

Breakfast was copious, with juice, pastries, yogurt and delicious jams plus a plate of sliced orange decorated with jewel-like pomegranate.

Although we were only there for one night, we felt very refreshed on leaving; we hope to return and will happily recommend Saint Saveur to friends.

A very comfortable stay in a lovely home

Stayed here recently after arriving at Beziers airport. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts - the house is charming and very interesting as described by other reviewers. Very comfortable room and tasty breakfast- a good start to our holiday. Eat at La Brasserie in the village - delicious and v reasonable.

Beautiful house 

I'm envious of the person who will be reading this review preparing for a trip to this marvelous b&b , it is dreamy, and so close to the sea and Pezena , the owners are marvelous people, as we decided to stay in for dinner and bought some local wine, cheese and charcuterie , Patricia immediately set up a table for my family to enjoy our dinner in the back yard, the over all feel and atmosphere of this charming place is superb. Stay here don't even look any further
