10 days Au Vélocipède, in the historic district of the city, a beautiful landscape, many interesting sites to visit, here are all the ingredients to make this short stay in the Baie de Somme a memorable one. Very warm welcome from the owners, always willing to satisfy their guests and advise them on tourist visits to the area. At breakfast, home-made sweets with unforgettable flavors. A ground floor room with very original and good taste, for a very comfortable and well-kept dressing (thanks to Veronica). The room gives a small courtyard, shaded by very pleasant weather, which was very quiet and pleasant to have enjoyed in this house.

A very successful stay

The people who run/own this couldn't be more welcoming. The rooms are quirky and delightful . For 125 euros we had a smashing bedroom, lovely modern and clean bathroom and a charming sitting room - right opposite the church and its bells. The cost included a really good breakfast , in a gorgeous salon, of fresh  bread, warm croissant and three home made jams . They also offer to freshly cook an egg .The  location is excellent - minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the estuary - and a quick walk to the main town centre. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in France

Lovely b and b in an excellent location

Everything is perfect: the welcome, the little attention, the neat decoration (I love it!), the quality/price ratio, the location, the quiet, the breakfast,...and I forget about it.

Apart from the staircase leading to the room, which, if it is not monumental, makes up for its romance, the place deserves all the good that is said about it.

We stayed for 3 nights in a bicycle room. Our room was on the ground floor of the house called the woman next door. Our room was beautifully decorated and really ideal for a weekend in love. Only a small room: our room is adjacent to the hallway serving the upstairs rooms and it would make no noise. Otherwise breakfast is delicious with healthy and organic products... everything served in a beautiful room and with a lot of friendliness. What a lovely romantic place.

We stayed one night at Velocipede and will return without hesitation. After the very warm welcome, the place is decorated with taste and delicacy. Here you can feel the search for the detail that makes the difference. The room is spacious and pleasant, the night is sweet. And what about breakfast? Like the rest, absolutely delicious... thanks to the owners of this magical place!

What a wonderful experience.

I only had the pleasure of one night in this beautiful little hotel, but wish we could have stayed longer. It is beautifully decorated, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and a wonderful breakfast too.

Wonderful find

When an establishment is recommended by both many travel guides and its customers, it is reserved by saying that one can be disappointed here and there. This Vélocipède does not disappoint. Far from it! The decoration of this boutique guest house as it is defined is really very successful, worthy of a decorative magazine. It combines elegance with good taste and sobriety. It all gives the feeling of being at home at such a sign that it is really exceptional that I think that I could adopt at home the decoration of the room we occupy (the No. 2). We feel all right. This feeling is simply occupied by the bathroom table of your hosts. A great (excellent) dinner party!

The reputation of this Velocipede is far from being usurped.

Great address, very clean and cozy rooms. Welcome as home, breakfast was plenty, good with a little space. Well located, the reputation of the bike is no longer worth doing and we understand!

If you're going to spend the weekend in Saint Valery on the Somme, you should definitely try this restaurant, but be careful not to book a table or you'll have no chance of getting a table! The very short card prepared with local produce is synonymous with quality. The reception is very pleasant. The sanitary guidelines are respected. It's very, very good... we'll come back to it.
