We had a wonderful stay at Suivez Le Lapin Blanc. Rooms are full of surprises. We couldn't stop laughing looking at the many objects and furniture in the Mary Poppins room. The rooms have been designed with great taste and comfort in mind. The breakfast room was another surprise.
Wonderful breakfast with local produce. We got a warm welcome from the the owner who made us feel totally at home. Fabulous.

Full of surprises

This is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast.  Very funky room decor, we saw three of the room theme as we stay with other family members, the rooms are large with a sitting room attached.  Great breakfast.  The hotel is well located, the only handicap is the parking.  Both owners are very friendly and helpful.

Very Friendly Owners

This hotel is not really a hotel, but a set of themed rooms above a shop of the same name - so if you are looking for something which looks like a hotel from the outside, you may well miss it.

Our room was really a suite - very comfortable and plenty of space, with a good shower and WC.

The shop doubles as a sort of cramped breakfast room.  Breakfast does not start till 8.30, and you eat what you are given - ours included a bit of dry cake which we were told was "my grandfather's recipe".  It was edible, but needed plenty of coffee to wash it down (the coffee itself was good).

The parking was a real headache:  despite what you may read elsewhere, there is no free parking at all within 15 minutes' walk, between 9.00 a.m. and 7 p.m.  Moreover, it is very expensive (€6 for 2 hours) - so unless you are staying just overnight it will add very considerably to your overall cost.  Even the paying parking is 3-4 minutes' walk from the hotel.

We know this is not the hotel's fault, but feel potential visitors should know about this in advance.

Very nice suite - difficult parking

Incredibly quirky b&b. Very welcoming, amazing room with small sitting room attached. We stayed in the Arabian suite and it was perfect. The town is beautiful with endless choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend 

Love this Place

The Hotel is in the center of the city, in the main street with a lot of restaurants nearby.
The landlord is a bit special but gives very good advises for trips and so.
Breakfast is very good with fresh local products. All 4 rooms and the common spaces are remarkebly decoraterd in the "film"-theme. We stayed in the wonderful "Mary Poppins" room. Very comfortable beds !
Surroundings are marvelous, you can make nice walks and spot seals in the area (Pointe de Hourdel). Or make a trip by steam train to the nearby village of Le Crotoy.

Yes, quirky is quite apt. A small B & B with just four rooms each having a movie theme / inspiration and ours was Lawrence of Arabia. Not factually accurate, of course. Little more than some evocative furnishings (most likely of a Moroccan ilk) sourced from charity / secondhand shops. Hanging a pith helmet and a fez on the wall really didn't go any way to realising authenticity! Quirky would also describe the reliability of the wifi, the wardrobe space, the operation of the tv and the layout of the shower. Hey ho. Herve, however, the owner was quirky in his own way but a very good way - an interesting guy.

Located right in the centre of town so very convenient for the local shops and restaurants, and a good base for sightseeing around this lovely town and the surrounding area.  Each of the four rooms is meticulously decorated with a theme as is the entrance way and breakfast room.  At first you might feel overwhelmed but we found it very comfortable.  The rooms are up stairs.  It was clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and quite well equipped, though no fridge.  It was hot during our stay but the room stayed comfortable (no aircon).  A good continental breakfast was included.  The owners were very welcoming and helpful.  We very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

Special themed rooms, good location, comfortable and friendly

Ok, so first-off Herve is a little full-on in his welcome but you soon realise that he is a decent and interested guy. The house is clean and well decorated. The rooms are full of interesting 'stuff' relating to the themes of each room; good modern bathrooms, decent beds. Breakfast is excellent: many different breads, some days pancakes, others you might get pastries, with fruit salad, yogurt and a good range of teas. On our last day, we got to eat in the garden and had delicious scrambled eggs. You are right in the centre of town but it is very quiet and peaceful up in the eaves with the swallows buzzing your windows

We all loved it

We have stayed here before in the miss saigon suite.  This time it was Mary Popping - a true delight. All rooms are spotlessly clean and each themed room has so many different features. Breakfast is served in the Charlie and the chocolate factory and is amazing. Made and served by the owner it was delicious
 Cannot wait to go back and stay in the Back to the Future suite
