The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. On Sundays and bank holidays, check-in is between 10:00 and 13:00. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can choose to bring your own or rent them for the following fees: - EUR 15 for bed linen per single bed per stay - EUR 20 for bed linen per double bed per stay - EUR 15 for 2 bath towels per stay - EUR 10 for 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per stay A baby kit can be rented for a EUR 20 extra fee per stay. Groceries delivery is available for a EUR 40 extra fee. Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
