We have tested the spa and massages. The spa is new, very clean and has a rich equipment: swimming pool with current, hot jet bath with very efficient sauna, hammon, sensory shower and...a sumptuous panoramic view. The massages are from far away, the best we know and this is the great pleasant surprise of the place.

A very nice establishment at the height of the beauty of the village and the surrounding sites. The reception is perfect and the kindness is always at the appointment. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The only remark is addressed to the restaurant where there are missing two real regional menus (one at 25€ and the other at 38€ for example as it is done in an equally gastronomic region I will quote the Périgord Noir) The map also does not allow the regional choice that you expect in such an establishment (there is not even an alligator). Between a so-called Alligator coast at 38€ it is a region of the Côte d'A very reputed and too expensive price.

Very warm and personal accommodation with small care with its customers, spa with superb views and above all do not hesitate to also do the care institutes with harmony, it is troooop well.

Very good experience

Very nice hotel, spacious and cozy room with a great view for us. The spa is all new and beautiful with once again, great views of the countryside. Very pleasant and thoughtful staff. Resto with very good local produce. We'll be back this winter to enjoy it under the snow!

When I came for a second time for a courtyard stay, I was able to enjoy the reception, the accommodation as a meal without a menu but very good and a quality ratio price more than correct never two without three says the saying: I will not have any trouble to realize it with pleasure

very welcoming walls

A spacious room, with for the one that gives a stunning view of the valley. No air conditioning, of course, (but do we really want our beautiful villages to be damaged by the sight of these machines and contribute to climate change?), but a super humidifier ventilator that does the job well (we went there in the heat and did not suffer from the heat). The bed is good, the bathrooms (Italian shower) are large.

good step in Salers

Very nice hotel, well located in Salers. The village is visited on foot and the view is absolutely splendid. The hotel is very clean with a perfect reception. The breakfast is simple but good, it does not harm jammed eggs but it does not take away the quality of the products offered. We recommend this hotel with our eyes closed.

Hello, if you've been to this establishment before 2020, and you haven't come back yet. The card is really very sad 3 or 4 entries 3 or 4 resistance plates, nothing to do with the card before 2020 no service(2h to eat a truffle sausage) 16 euros the sausage........for us the walls it's over.

Reserved for 3 weeks Positive hotel points: - Location (direct access to treatment) - Hotel housekeeping service impeccable and friendly staff. Negative points: - Restoration more than average. You feel annoyed with the servers when you ask what is the second choice. - In the rooms: no dryer, no air conditioning (with the heat too hard to bear), no small refrigerator. - Carpet in the room stained and not very hygienic (Some rooms have a floor plan, why not put a floor plan in all the rooms?)
