If the reservation was made less than 48 hours before check-in, the customer must immediately send a photo of his identity document after his reservation. Once the identity document has been received, the establishment will send you the instructions for arrival by Booking.com messaging service. -Invitations are prohibited. -The customer must contact the establishment on the day of the checking via SMS in order to set a meeting point to collect the deposit It is forbidden to eat in the shared dormitory, but you can eat in the kitchen. Don’t forget to systematically clean the kitchen items you used immediately. It is forbidden to speak on the telephone, on computer or with the other occupants of the dormitory between 22H30 07H00 within the dormitory. You can socialize in the kitchen or in the entrance hall of the establishment but limit your sound volume. It is prohibited to move, interfere with or disconnect cameras from the institution on pain of permanent exclusion from the institution. It is forbidden to leave your belongings outside of your suitcases inside the dormitory. A specific location for your suitcases will be communicated to you upon arrival. Please respect this location or you will be permanently excluded from the institution.
