A beautiful, hidden gem with magnificent views and outstanding hospitality. Home made and local produce on the breakfast table. Wonderful, comfortable rooms and hosts that go above and beyond. We stuck a pin in a map for a 'last night in France before home' after a week's skiing. I vote this the best pin ever.

The Family hosts was so kind and welvoming. We had a nice room with view to the Castle. thank you all for great talk and lovely dinner and breakfast ❤️

We hadn't plans for dinner, and even though er hadn't booked  dinner at the place, the Family arranged a shared dinner with local food with some of the other guest.  So nice (but let them know if you want to eat, so the can arranged IT❤️) 

The only thing I regret is not staying for more Days! We wanted to visit a nice small town Called Crémieu, but a Lot was closed because IT was monday. 

My recommandation: 

Come and stay at the pool, look at the castle, drink som local Beers and wine and drive around in the area. Visit Crémieu 🌟

The best stay ind beautiful surroundings with a lovely Family 🏰✨

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in this charming bed and breakfast and would gladly return.  Nadine was so helpful from before we arrived and while we were there- giving helpful tips on the area. The breakfast was delicious. The setting idyllic. If you want a relaxing trip outside of a big city, this is the place to go. Absolutely wonderful :) 

Delightful B&B

We booked this delightful B&B thru’ booking.com from Australia & on arrival we were not disappointed. The setting is picture perfect & Nadine has done an exceptional job of creating a purpose built ‘Gite’ which caters to all your requirements. 
It is located close to Saint Julien & Crémieu & has a beautiful view over the surrounding valley & a nearby private Chateau.
Parking is up the hill past the accommodation buildings, so I’d suggest you drop your bags off before ascending. There is also a swimming pool for guests & nearby there is a lovely wooded area suitable for taking a morning stroll.
Rooms are large & pleasantly decorated in an ‘Aztec’ type look. The bed is large enough & the duvet is light but warm. Our room (Kiwi) had 2 windows (one overlooking the patio area below & the other with a view of the Chateau), there was a small table with chair, an armchair, a day bed & wardrobe with shelves. The bathroom was light & airy with plenty of space & good towels etc are provided. There is liquid hand soap, but no shampoos or shower soaps, so you will need to ensure you bring them with you.
Breakfast is downstairs in the communal dining room at the time you have arranged with Nadine & includes; O/J, tea/coffee, cereal, yoghurt, a selection of breads & pastries/croissants, jams & fruit. Superbly presented meal & there was always more than required. 
You are also free to use the downstairs lounge area to relax or watch TV & Nadine was happy for us to use the fridge in the kitchen to store any cold items. She also allowed us to use the kettle to make tea when we wanted it, altho’ we did use our own supplies. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. 
Outside is a nice patio area with plenty of seating choices which is a nice place to sit & enjoy some wine & cheese or to chat with other guests.
Nadine goes out of her way to make you feel at home & also gives advice on nearby attractions. She is a fabulous hostess & her premises are a ‘cut above the rest’. Highly recommended.

Perfect hideaway!

We loved staying in this place. We were given a separate small house the first floor was for the grownups and the second for the kids. The place was clean and comfortable full with country flare. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was wonderful as well. The closest town is Ceremieu, 5 min drive and it has all the amenities needed. 

Secluded and beautiful place 

It is set in a very small village with views of the rolling countryside and the local Chateau.Its own swimming pool complements the nice rustic apartments. Breakfast includes local baking and an occasional evening meal follows the local theme.

Beautiful setting, peaceful

We spent 7 nights here and found this place absolutely gorgeous. The B&B was set at hillside with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is heavenly with panoramic view to a nearby castle. Our room is nice and clean. Nadine is very hearty and helpful. Breakfast were lovely and served in a community table. We enjoyed every moment to chat with Nadine and other guests talking about French foods and local knowledges. We felt just like home during the stay. The B&B is just a few minutes drive to a medieval village Cremieu which is also charming. Highly recommended this place and we will definitely come back in our next visit to France.
