Horrendous DO NOT BOOK. Wish I had taken previous reviews more seriously when booking in May for our August stay. Arrived in evening for one night stay with 3 young children and couldn't enter carpark to start with...managed to get through with help from another guest but then access code to hotel would not work. Phoned national number and they tell me they have cancelled my booking. Made no sense to me as had multiple confirmation and welcome emails leading up to and on the day itself with details of our stay. All I got was an apology and left stranded at 9pm with nowhere to go. A kind guest offered one of her rooms to us but soon discovered that neither of their rooms were cleaned and no cleaners or staff on-site. A big disgrace and should be closed down (reading the most recent reviews). Shameful.

Disaster

The lady at breakfast was extremely rude. Refused us breakfast even though we had paid in advance. We had our grandchildren and had to leave embarrassed. Half of us were allowed to eat??  There were a lot of flies around the food and another member of our group saw a maggot. Disgusting. 

Awful

Really disappointing. Rooms were basic (that was expected), but walls thin and you could hear people through the walls all evening, woke our toddler multiple times. Breakfast was absolutely disgraceful, barely any food out, none fresh. The lady at the reception was arguing with other customers and she was very rude. Flies and wasps in the eating area. We barely ate. Would not recommend the stay.

Stayed one night. No issues. Adequate breakfast. Wifi good. No usb point in rooms. Not well signposted, sat nav took me to old entrance no longer in use. Restaurants are nearby. Easy to check in and out. Would use again.

Convenient for Roscoff ferry

This is a budget hotel, the room was small facilities are basic. Having said that it was clean and quiet and the bathroom / shower was excellent. If you just need a cheap bed this is a good bet , but we stayed for three nights and it was starting to pall.I have to say though that the reception staff were very good in spite of virtually no English

Cheap and cheerful

The hotel has clean and neat facilities with a comfortable mattress. The double room is a bit smaller than the Inter-Hotel next door but its size is not unusual for the rate charged.
The environment is quiet because the Inter-Hotel is in-between it and the highway.
Good block-out curtains and quiet surrounds (assuming your neighbours are quiet) makes for a good sleep.
Parking is easy and plentiful.
There is no restaurants nearby so drive to nearby Morlaix for your meal.
Very weak to non-existent wifi signal in room that is further away from the reception. I had to sit near the window/door to get a signal - move to the bed and that signal is lost.
This hotel does NOT have air-conditioned rooms.

I was looking for somewhere to stay before my early crossing from Roscoff the following but wasn't wanting to spend a lot as basically I was only looking for a bed for the night in a clean room. This B&B hotel seemed to offer the best value with an online reduction for staying the weekend. The arrival at the hotel was pretty painless despite the issues I've had before with automatic code access machines. This one printed out my receipt and door code with no problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room which had obviously been recently refurbished. It wasn't the biggest but had quite a high ceiling giving it an airy feeling. The room and shower/toilet were nice and clean. The bed I found very comfortable but I did find the room got quite stuffy and I had to open the window overnight. This despite the fact it wasn't particularly warm outside. Fortunately, I wasn't wakened by any traffic noise as the hotel itself is very close to a dual carriageway. There is also free wifi which surprisingly is very good, 16mbps download and 36 upload which is even better than I get back home! Overall, I'd certainly use this hotel again for a travel stop. 

Refurbished Basic Hotel

Frustrating check in!
We arrived to a self serve check in.
We had a family room (x4) plus a twin.
The booking code we we given was wrong, so we had to intercom to the remote call service centre (5 minute wait).
The first family room that was allocated was in the middle of being renovated, with exposed cables.
My kids ran in excited! Luckily the power was off.
Back to the remote intercom, another 5 minute wait, then the explanation, followed by the wait for another room to be allocated......sorted at last, or so we thought.
We the discovered the lock was not 'locking' on the twin room, so back to the intercom, to explain, and to get another room, another 20 minutes......
Only to discover they have us the wrong room code, so back to the intercom the same wait).
This meant we spent over an hour getting checked in and switching rooms.
Luckily we kept getting the same service advisor, but he actually got quite irrate with us as if it was our fault!!!
Not a good service!

The walk into morlaix centre took approximately 30 minutes (but there is a steep hill). 

Pros- 
-our final rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs

-good pre ferry crossing location

Frustrating check in....

We booked this late as an overnight stop before an early Ferry from Roskoff the next morning. We were far from being the only British passengers doing the same thing.

The receptionist was friendly, and between our French and her English we got booked in quickly.

We had a non-smoking family room for 4. It was quite small, but enough for a one night stay. There were twin beds on the first floor, and another couple in a loft type area accessed by some steep steps. The shower/WC was underneath the loft.

There was no air conditioning, and the room was hot after a very warm day in Brittany. We could have spent more time with the door open to cool the room down before going to bed. We elected instead to explore Morlaix and the local area, a decision I don't regret now, but was questioning at 1am that night when trying to get to sleep.

It was clean, fresh and pretty good for an overnight stay in a 2 star hotel. I've stayed in a lot worse and paid more elsewhere. I would be happy to stay here again, and definitely want to see more of Morlaix.
