Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that due to renovation work, the lift will not be available from Monday 19 September to Monday 10 October. Access to the appartments will only be possible via the stairs.
