An elegant villa with spacious and charming rooms with magnificent views.Excellent and friendly reception and fantastic breakfast in an elegant living room with a pleasant French background music.Inmejorable quality-price ratio.Located just under 15 minutes by car from the Cité de Carcassonne.

Fantastically beautiful.

An elegant five room villa that was a perfect base to discover the region from. Having visited this villa before as a B&B we decided to hire the entire villa for a week. Although this villa can easily cater for ten people, we were only six. It is situated 15min from Carcasonne, close to local town for restaurants, stores and great wine. 
Rooms were spotless, bathroom spacious will all you could wish for. Bed linen was outstanding and top quality. The owners can cater for all your needs and have been super helpful. They speak French, English and Dutch. My perfect place in France.

Elegant Villa - Perfect

My wife and I wanted to visit Carcasonne but stay out of the city. We were taken by the positive reviews on trip advisor of this accommodation and they proved to be right on the mark. Our host was lovely and Eddie the dog was a real charmer! Beautifully decorated , spotless and full of history, this is a lovely oasis to return to. And yes, the quality breakfast was beautifully presented .

Peace and quiet

So, what about this guest room?!!!... Beautiful bourgeois house owned by a foreign couple (Dutch, English?????) the welcome is nice if you have notions of English..the rooms are spacious with a deco that has its charm but a little old and a lot of DIY, attention opening the blinds that can stay in your hands.....the bedding is perfect with bed king size, the bathrooms are.....basic no soaps in one of them and cumulus in the room in front of your bed!!!!!The breakfast is very fair, but the most charming in this bar is Eddy Hale of the house.... in summary the place at its charm is also nothing too much to look at but not 90 euros at night but the bathrooms are.....basic no soaps in one of them and cumulus in the room in front of your bed!!!!!

Charming but out of date.!!!!!!.

Beautiful, lovely place, we only stayed one night, but I wouldn't mind spending a few days there.The house is very nice and the decor is super romantic, the room is very nice, and the owner of the house is very kind and attentive.It is very, very recommended for a romantic getaway.

It's the most romantic hotel I've ever stayed in!

It was in the heat of summer. The owners were super nice and open-minded. The breakfast was absolutely top in the fireplace, like visiting friends. Although the room didn't have a fan, but for this there was a cast iron bath in the middle of the room. Genial. The place was easy to explore and round in an hour. But the hosts like to give tips on what sights the nearby Carcassonne or the Canal de Midi offers. Because the winemakers can bet on the noise of their machines at night there is a drop-off point, but this is a complaint at a high level and the view immediately makes it level again.

A dream country house

What a delightful stop. A lovely house with a great welcome.  Just what you need after a long trip. Nearby restaurants (short drive) Lovely accommodation in nice countryside. This is a lovely place to stop and we would certainly like to visit again.

Nice Place

La Rue des Pins is a nice rustic accommodation in a small village near Trebes, the Canal du Midi and Carcassonne. Nick is a wonderful and friendly host who helped us a lot in renting bikes, recommended restaurants and talked well with us (and he makes excellent breakfasts).

Nick is a wonderful and gracious host who helped us immensely with bike hire, restaurant suggestions and general conversation. ( and he makes a great breakfast )

If you like a rural setting in a restored 200 year old house, this is the place.

Excellent stay in little village near Carcassonne

Extremely quiet and rustic setting in a charming little village but within easy distance of the sights. Close to Trebes for dinner and provisions. Recommend a car. 
Perfect and welcoming host, providing lot of local knowledge and direction.
Large confortable room furnished in tasteful traditional French style. The house is peaceful, relaxing and interesting. Eddie the dog is very welcoming providing you are not cycling at the time!
Substanstial local breakfast, delicious fresh croissants and bread in a calm setting.
Would stay again if in the area.
