We visited Dominique early September 2016 and what a pleasant surprise. I was on the verge on leaving the place when we first entered the lobby, the smell of old and humid house was not very attractive. But then we found Dominique and 'Fondant Arret' (the dog), and we were sold. Dominique is truly pleasant and down to earth and has at lot of humor. And he is a very good cook although he is not willing to admit and is always helpful in all aspects. Actually there is no smell in the room which was always clean - and the view to the river and the bridge is breathtaking. We stayed 3 days instead of 1 and will be back to enjoy the beautiful setting under the marble trees when having the 4 course meal in the evening. Very romantic.
