Perfect little stop over if catching the ferry or using the channel tunnel. It's about 30 minutes from Calais.
We were a family of 4 and had a large spacious apartment. 
Uber eats delivered as we did not want to go out in the evening. 
There is a communal area where you can make teas, coffees or grab a bottle of water. 
Much nicer than staying in a hotel chain.
There is some restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was really good, like the coffee provided and enjoyed the fresh bread, jams and cheese on offer. 
Highly recommend.

Perfect for a stop on the way to Calais

What a find! My sister found via booking.com and we booked via the platform. The owner texted to confirm our arrival - we had been badly delayed on the M25 and Eurotunnel. The family room was perfect for us and the breakfast is AMAZING!  
An absolute gem.

Best breakfast - a little gem

Found this on booking. Com. Wow, what a find. We stopped over for one night to break the journey home.
Very clean, very friendly and lovely rooms. 
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Only minor moan is about the headroom in some of the bedrooms. 
Will return again though, most definitely. 

What a gem

· Location was ideal, being a short hop to Calais on our return from Portugal. We travelled up from Tours that day and arrived in the very late afternoon. It was pretty easy to find ,not far from the motorway. The owner was very friendly and although her English was limited our French was ok to see us through. Breakfast was very good with ample breads and various foods. It has the air of a communal lodging house as all the guests ate at the same long table. We got on fine with all the other guests.

A great overnight halt before the Channel Tunnel/Ferry at Calais.

Very good for an overnight stop. Rooms in a beautifully converted barn or cowshed. Very clean and comfortable. Private parking. Good continental breakfast. Host very friendly and helpful. Convenient for ferries and the tunnel. Recommended

A good overnight B&B

I stayed here on our way back from a holiday in Provence with my three children (boys aged 9, 12 and 14). It was only 30 minutes from the EuroTunnel terminal and so far enough away from the hassle and noise of Calais, but close enough to be convenient. St. Omer is only 10 minutes away with lots of restaurants and shops. The village of Tilques also has a decent cafe and boulangerie. Our hosts were gracious and helpful and went out of their way to serve us an early morning breakfast so that we could make our scheduled train. The room and property is newly renovated and spotless. Everyone enjoyed the pool and there was room to store our bikes overnight. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place close to Calais

Had a really good night here with very friendly and helpful owner and comfortable bed and shower room.  I asked for a cool room as the weather had been very warm and was extremely pleased to find that all the windows had been opened before I arrived and the room was at a perfect temperature.  So different from places where your requests are often ignored or only lip-service applied to them.
Breakfast was just right with a good choice including local cheese.
It was a very peaceful spot and not many eating places nearby but St Omer is only a short drive away with numerous restaurants.
