Swimming pool is closed from Sat 01 Apr 2023 until Fri 02 Jun 2023 Swimming pool is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Sun 31 Dec 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that if you wish to rent bed linen and towels you are required to inform the property in advance. A prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price/ guests can bring their own or rent it onsite for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: EUR 10 per bed - Towels: EUR 10 per person per stay - Baby cot linen: EUR 10 per cot per stay. Please note that cleaning is requested before departure. Guests can choose to pay a cleaning fee of 50€ for studios and 60€ for apartments.
