You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For last minute reservations, guest must contact the property after booking. Please inform the property about your arrival time at least 4 hours in advance. For Christmas and New Year's reservations, please contact property for prepayment after booking.
