I do not understand these mixed opinions about this residence. We have just spent a week in a cabin apartment for 6 people (we were two adults and two children) and honestly because we have spent many stays in other ski resorts, we are more than delighted! The residence is very well situated near the mechanical lifts or the Free Shuttle. The apartment is very well equipped and modern: there is nothing missing. The bunk bed is very comfortable. The pool is heated with a pleasant view of the mountains. Beautiful apartment. Wifi working etc. etc. and jen passes. I highly recommend this residence. You will not be disappointed.

It's wonderful.

We had spent a week in a three-room 6 people residence very good general condition of the apartment (clean): the bedding: quiet and a very good welcome when we arrived In the little things to improve: - the ski locker they are all the same size... no matter the size of the apartment reserved.. we got a second locker on demand but otherwise it is not surprising that everyone will have their shoes back in the apartment - the pool itself is correct but in everything and for two showers including a cold in the dressing rooms: it is nice not to wash it before going back to the Prop Property building... then it is in the dressing rooms and in the water... but we can't get back to the building in the evening if we have access from the top to the bottom of the building... but we can't get back to the basement of the building if we have access to a little more than 40 feet of water... but we can't get back to the basement of the building if we have access to a little more than 50 feet of water...

All right, but not on all the criteria.

We had spent a week in 2 cottages of 10 people. When we arrived: In the first cottage, there was still the coffee filter and the coffee maker in the cafeteria, pistachio shells in the dishwasher, badly washed pots, broken parts of the fridge, and a monstrous dust in the house (including on the blankets). There was also a lack of dishes. In the second cottage, the toilets upstairs were not working, the oven was very dirty, and there was also a lot of dust. After 14 hours of driving, we had to do nothing but check a cottage and even less cleaning. I wonder if anyone had even spent all those years checking out these apartments after the other vacationers. And we didn't have to breathe in the same place, but we were going to take a breath away from the same place. We were going to spend a lot of time in the same place!

Big disappointment

We have just spent a week in this apartment. The quality of the apartment is very real, the cleanliness of the apartment the necessary utensils, the decoration is nice, no noise, in clear a training or we would spend many weeks. However a few small things that have a cornered our stay (I mean by cornered made a little painful in chipping...). Indeed, the first point is the de-snowing of the private loop that deserted the hamlet that was frozen full of snow from evening to morning, to arrive by car it is a little painful and to get back to the shuttle self-interest and the morning with children it is still more painful. Nice apartment and comfort

Uncontracted photos, we were expecting a cottage with the reservation. We were in a broken studio bed we slept badly, we had a bad heat, the pool closed on Saturday so it was useless when we arrived on Friday at 4pm and we had fired it. Sunday at 10am... but + next to the shuttle.

Disappointed

Clean cabins and good connections to the ski area. Parking is available. The internet was very bad. The beds could be better and there could be more ceilings in the room. It's about a 20-minute drive to Barcelonnette. In any case, go shopping in Barcelonnette because it's more expensive in the small markets in Pra Loup.

Great location, nice facility

It's a shame to leave only 3 stars because the single room we rented was really very nice! And even the panorama all around was not bad! Wood-lined even inside, good soundproofing and good privacy, very clean, very well-equipped (large fridge, microwave, bathroom with tub, TV LCD, dishwasher, 1 mattress + 1 sofa bed). Defects: the bed/mattress that we rented was really very hard! And the whole panorama was not bad!

It's too bad we only have three stars.

We arrived here with the worst organized bus trip of my life. However after we arrived (6 people) we got a 3 people apartment. They couldn't (or didn't wanted to) speak english with one of us. After that the same person could speak english with me. We had to call the maintenance staff almost every day, because we didn't had hot water. The residences are good frequented and nice.

So-So

This hostel is located in Pra Loup (1500 m), a couple of hundreds of meters away from the Pra Loup ski terrain. There is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes linking the hostel and the ski lifts at Pra Loup 1500 and 1600 meters.
We resided a spacious and comfortable apartment for 8 persons with double beds, TV, fridge, kitchen equipment (excl. microwave oven) for a quite reasonable price. Besides, if you look at the homepage of Odalys, you can find extra offers with prices including a 6-day ski pass. It was a very reasonable choice.

A very good youth hostel-like resort in the middle of Pra Loup ski area

There are a total of a few holiday apartments for 6 people in the villa.The kitchen was small, but clean and functional, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microvave, baking machine. The heating in one of the rooms was broken down. No soundproofing and couldn't sleep at all! No after-ski parties in the villa are prohibited. We had to go to Praloup1600.
