Please inform Chalet Les Alpes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the property is not serviced by public transport. Bank transfers and cheques are accepted as methods of payment. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required within 48 hours to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. End of stay cleaning is not included. A EUR 80 deposit must be paid at check-in and will be returned if the apartment is left clean upon departure.
