Found this based on other TripAdvisor reviews and it was very good.
Pool was a blessing after a long drive (it is indoor but has a sliding roof so can be opened up)
We had a room at the top which was not great for someone over 6ft as it was in the eves and the double bed against the wall on one side so not easy for a couple to get in and out of. Up 2 flights of stairs so anyone elderly would struggle.
Dinner was all cooked by Eric who was very good and quite adventurous. Canapes were had around a table by the pool and the dining room was communal dining so not for everyone. Wine is included and flowed freely so for approx €40 per head was very generous.
We had a table of 12 including Eric and Monique the owners and there was little English so personally I found it very difficult when there was clearly banter and jokes and I was unable to understand any of it.
Worth a visit if passing...

A lovely stop off on the route north from Beaune

Good B2B to stay,nice room and if you want a meal they will cook an excellent one for you in the evening. You meet all sort of people there so interesting.
You should speak some french as their English is very limited but the I PAD works wonder.
Always stay there when we are in the region.

Very friendly

A superb restaurant and small hotel situated a short distance from the E16 Peage. A great place to rest on your travels. It has a small covered pool and Spa where you can relax before enjoying a high quality meal with the owners of the hotel and fellow guests.
Eric is an excellent chef and Monique was s fantastic host. They gave us a excellent French culteral experience and made us feel part of the family

A very enjoyable evening!

Received a lovely warm welcome from Monikie and Eric.  We stayed in a Superior Room which was spacious and the bed very comfortable.  My husband and I went for a swim and enjoyed the hot tub.  In the evening we decided to have dinner cooked by Eric.  There was another French couple who didn't speak much English and our French was small but we had a lovely evening.  The food was excellent and the beef cooked to perfection.  Monique's homebaking was very tasty.  Breakfast in the morning was a traditional French breakfast, again with lots of homemade goodies.  It's a little out of Auxerre but it's the perfect place to relax.

A Real French Experience

Not our first stay but we keep coming back when we travel in the aria. Monique and Eric are great hosts even if they only speak french...Monique try and mange quite well with English!
The rooms are good and different from hotels where they all look a like. 
Parking space for a few cars and great breakfast as they make all their Jams etc.
You can just stay there for the night or have a meal there but no choice is given BUT THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD! Wooden floor so if kids stay there be prepare for noise but we have been lucky so far.
