This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an extra EUR 10 per hour applies for check-in before 05:00 p.m. or after 8:30 p.m Expenses not included. Please note that you can choose to clean the accommodation yourself. A cleaning fee of € 50 per stay will be charged if you do not clean the accommodation before your departure. A registration form will be completed before the arrival of all travelers and an individual police form will be completed by foreign travelers. The person taking possession of the gîte must be the one who made the reservation, otherwise access to the accommodation will be refused and will not be able to claim a refund of the rental. After a confirmed booking, no date change will be accepted.
