We spent 3 nights in the place and how amazing it was! Cozy rooms, great breakfast, and our host, Edith, greeted us with very warmly! I highly recommend for everyone looking for rest, calm, and walks in the region!

Lovely

We spent two nights at Mamedith's house, and although all the restaurants were closed during this particular period, we managed to get supplies from a good caterer. Mamedith allowed us to eat at her table in the evening and we had great times with her.

An exceptional welcome in a very warm place

Great view, especially if the room overlooks the Seine Bay. Beautiful garden. Old house divided into guest rooms. Nice old decoration... like home! Reduced comfort: no TV room with a small size bathroom! Rooms a little narrow for a long stay. Very nice attentive reception. Excellent breakfast made by Mamedith, friendly and warm person. Staircase access to the rooms on the second floor is a bit steep and difficult with suitcases. Only room: the distance to the seafront is about 2 km, requiring a car.

Good guest room style experience

I stayed at Mamedith's for a weekend, the house is quiet and has a big garden, and our hostess does everything to make us feel at home, and breakfast is great, and the minute crepe is a very appreciated bonus, and I regret the abrupt entry into the property.

It's a very nice place.

We arrive by chance in this truly charming chambre d'hôtes, welcomed by a wonderful lady from her native class, MamEdith, so she calls herself, although I've renamed her the Princesse de la Côte. With a very sweet smile and with her deep blue eyes she welcomes us into her world. And from there begins a real poetry. The house is a typical old French building immersed in a delightful garden with a small view. The rooms are very romantic, clean, cozy and comfortable. The highlight is the room for the very sweet and warm breakfast, beyond the breakfast itself, all extremely cured and of great quality, the marmalades and the crepe made by the maison de la Princesse de la Côte. For a unique experience, this wonderful chamber is definitely a wonderful place to visit.

At the Princess of the Coast

Nice place decorated in a style of houses and gardens, very old France. It must be loved but it is done with taste. The occupied suite involved a staircase, so not accessible to the disabled. The main defect is a bathtub without curtains where to take a shower is not pleasant at all. See you again. The entrance and exit of the parking lot are quite dangerous and require a lot of attention. It would be much better if breakfast is included in the price (veéle), which we often do in guest rooms.

Some Faults in a Beautiful Place

We stayed at Le Montivert in early September 2016. A very elegant old Norman building and with delightful gardens overlooking Viller-sur-Mer in the distance. Quiet and relaxing the Le Montivert is run by the equally charming Madame Edith who enthusiasm for running her very comfortable guesthouse is matched only by her breakfasts which were truly amazing. Situated about 1.8 kilometres from Villers-sur-Mer town centre with its abundance of good restaurents and beautiful beach, it presents no problems for visitors with transport or who are keen walkers. A bit more daunting without transport as it is situated quite high up and presents the walker with a pretty stiff climb! 
I can highly recommend Le Montivert to anyone who wishes to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy a fantastic breakfast before setting out to explore the many attractions in and around Villers-sur-Mer.

An Elegant Bed And Breakfast

A beautiful little corner of paradise sublimated by the professionalism and unheard-of kindness of this lady with a big heart. It is hard to imagine being a guesthouse customer.... you immediately feel at home. The Montivert estate is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and Mrs Bidard fills you with her lovingly prepared breakfast.

Perfect hostess, from our accidental arrival, to our lazy game, extending the minutes around the café enésime and the pleasant chat with this fantastic woman.Edith delivers strength and sweetness at once; elegance infects her home to the smallest detail and at breakfast makes some championship crepes.

A beautiful Norman house in a charming garden full of flowers. A comfortable, warm room because June was very cool, a breakfast with delicious homemade jams, a crispy crème made on time. A willing and generous hostess who helped me well during the last three days at her home.
