Next to the main road. I had a room in the back. Nice, quiet and clean. The dinner and breakfast were both very reasonable. 
Good for a night stay over. I could park my motorcycle on a secure parking in their private backyard.

Excellent for a one night stay over

Easy to get to, charming to find.   Formerly on the main road, now just a short distance off the motorway, especially useful in winter.  Welcoming host, comfortable rooms, and even a swimming pool in the summer.

Useful stop driving through France

Picked this hotel as it was geographically convenient.  Warm welcome from fhe multitasking lady who,with good English, booked us in, helped get the TV working, served the suppers, prepared the coffees and deserts, and checked us out in the morning.  Our room faced the road but the two layers of double glazing prevented noise, unlike the bare wooden staircase outside the door that was noisy.  There was aircon, a reasonable bathroom, comfortable bed and a mini-bar that was empty and not switched on.  Reception was festooned with notices and hotel rules.  The large dining room was chintzy, curiously furnished with both upright and grand pianos, overseen by the mounted head of a large moose that was oddly endearing.  The simple menu was really quite good.  We had self service hors d'ouvres, then faux fillet (cooked just right) then cheese or ices.  
Would we go again?  Yes, possibly.  Another guest said he'd been going for years.  Certainly good value for money.

Good stopover

Tuesday 9th February 2016 - 1 night stay (single room). Having bought wine in the Champagne region I was enroute to Chablis and this looked a good mid way point just off the autoroute. It's a Logis de France, and is just excellent value. Warm reception from Madame (who was manning Reception whilst also serving in the restaurant), lovely fire in the sitting area just outside the restaurant. Good food - see restaurant review) and clean, warm, and comfortable room. Breakfast was "continental" (of course!) and fine - nothing great, but enough to start the day well. Brilliant value room at 62 euros. Good location and good price - ideal in fact.

Wonderful value accommodation mid way between Champagne and Burgundy

This was a stopover from Calais to the Alps.  It is a logis de France and as such it met all our expectations.   It is a lovely little hotel with secure parking.  The room and en suite were clean, although the decor was a little faded.  The bed was massive, 2 metres and so comfortable.   We ate dinner in the restaurant.  There was a choice if 20 or 30 euro menu or a la crate and ranged from pizzas to fillet steak.  We had the buffet starter, always safe, lots of choice, beef bourgignon and dessert.  With a glass of champagne each to start with, a bottle of lussac st- emillion and coffees, the total bill including the room was only 144 euros.   Breakfast was 9 euros per person, but we wanted an early start so skipped it.

They have a lovely terrace by the restaurant which I can only imagine is beautiful to sit out in during the summer.  The staff were pleasant and helpful.
