Decrepit establishment, scent of the staircase cage between old cheese and fish. Not too bad room with 22' flat screen (you have to have a good view) but twin beds that creak as soon as you turn (strengthened beds with corners), mattresses and sheets correct, the white crepe bathroom is dirty (especially above the tray of the bowl), and final bouquet the rolling shelf that falls off with the chain that derails when it closes.

We arrived at this hotel in Xonrupt Longemer following a big problem in our cottage! we were very well received by the boss who understood our distress!!! early August.... it was not easy to find accommodation, however, we were staying in a room on the third floor, very comfortable twin beds, mountain view, absolute calm! This hotel with a life, a story.... frankly what we liked, it is a family hotel, the hotel is very nice, very helpful, and the room staff also. We changed rooms after three days, because a boss with a terrace and a view of the lake was there! having back problems, they would change my hair! they would return to make our stay in the area really pleasant, delicious lunch, but the hotel is a nice place, but when the boss is sitting there, I would have to make sure that the car is a nice place, but when the car is a nice place, the car is a nice place, and the car is a nice place, but when the owner comes out of it, I would have to make sure that the car is a nice place to stay!

Hotel has leaked accommodation tres mediocre room no tres clean electrical installation more than doubtful in the bathroom electric arc coming out of the switch really vintage this hotel i re-ordered it not at all

The hotel ran away!

We had a very nice stay, very good quality price, half-night boarding, a room with stunning views of the lake and mountains, a very good raclette, a breakfast with homemade produce... the staff is very nice.

Very pleasant.

I'd advise against it. 70/75 euros a room, a bit expensive for a rustic room. Full of dust. No heating in the room, the sockets come out of the wall. Common space in the hotel smells like the wet dog. Lack of hygiene. Other than that the setting is beautiful.

A hotel that is well-placed but evokes the holiday colony a little rotten rather than a real hotel. From the entrance you can see that it is not clean: smell in the stairs, bar room frankly not well-kept. The family room is large but really not on the hygiene level: hair in the bathtub and on the bathtub, broken and really dirty bathtub wall, plinths full of dust, doubtful stains on the walls. It is difficult to get through the stained windows. The curtains are wrinkled, the dirty window boards and the stained glass panels are full.

Dirty and very expensive!!

It is a very friendly establishment but with a hotel quality and a level of services that are no longer acceptable.

School at the end of the run

Yes, the decor is aging, but the room was clean, just like the sheets. The bathroom is functional even though the (clean) shower cabin is not very small. But the frame is beautiful. Adjoining the mountain and its large forests it faces the lake with a clear view throughout its length. Very affordable price with its varied breakfast, when the boss, a very friendly guy. Personally I will keep a very good memory of it.

At the bottom of the lake

Hotel ageing bathroom has completely re-made (leakage problem) vintage passing bed together just like the bathroom floor. Despite everything, the boss is friendly and arranging and the breakfast copious but a bit expensive. It's a shame the potential and beautiful and right there, the location of the hotel is perfect.

Passable

Aside from the fact that this hotel would need a good refreshment both inside and outside, the cleanliness is desirable. Already entering the bar, there is a beautiful aquarium with superb exotic fish: a pity you can barely see them as the glass is dirty. In the room, the pillows on the bed cover are questionable. There is an old blanket that looks well lived. And the bathroom is dirty. In the corner of the shower, there is dirt that has accumulated: I thought at the beginning of the wheel, I scratched my nail with too much.  Mistake.
