Great pool. Big bungalow. Large terrace. Zonza is a lovely village.
Very steep to get to room which is no use when on a motorcycle but we got a room change. Can't park outside bungalows. Interior very dated and smelled damp. Kitchen facilities are VERY basic. Bathroom only has a bath with a shower head that can't be attached to the wall and no shower screen/curtain. Access to mezzanine is via very narrow stairs. Although pool is lovely and there is a restaurant it is used by the public so it was difficult for hotel guests to get a sunbed or a table at the restaurant because they had been reserved by visitors. It is also a long steep walk to the centre of Zonza.

Basic accommodation

Quite a spartan place, but at a price which reflected this.  Our room could best be described as utilitarian and unpretentious, but we were quite happy with that.

A large group of us had dinner, and this was well done.  The hotel coped well with our numbers and the meal was consistently good.  As, indeed, was breakfast the following day.

Pretty basic, but decent food

Mouflon d'Or is a nice relaxing place in the mountains near Zonza (the Bavella is the most famous one ofcourse, 10 km. distance). The villa's are clean and offer all you need. Don't expect too much luxury. The feeling of luxury is the silence and the life around the swimmingpool. All the (only 24 villa's) are near the swimmingpool (30-50m.) 
The prices are reasonable.  
The village of Zonza is at 1,5km and provides all daily stuff (only no ATM). There is no shop on the park. 
There is a tenniscourt and you find there a tabletennistable(? :-)) as well. 
By the swimmingpool is a nice restaurant with good food and a good bar, where you can get the right things when it's hot!
We think Mouflon d'Or is a great deal.

Good place to relax in the mountains

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious mezzanine villa.  There was plenty of room for the 4 of us.  It could have slept 6 as the 2 beds downstairs are trundle beds.

Free WIFI was strong.  Fully equipped kitchen, albeit a but old.  Aircon worked well.

The pool and pool area were excellent.  We did not eat at the restaurant.

Good self-catering 

The apartments are big and comfortable, and its perfect if you are a family. Its almost too big for just 2 persons, but thats not to complain about:) The price was fair and we got what we paid for. 
Make your own breakfast, we had breakfast in their restaurant one day, and it was really nothing and over pricy compared to what you could get just up in town.
