The modest 3 stars of the hotel Rio, which operates under the B&B scheme, but to spend the night in a clean bed and take a shower on the way from Tbilisi to Batumi, - quite suits itself. There is no fan (and much more), but there is a air conditioner and a TV, although there are no Russian-language channels (even the First Channel is localized).

A clean bed, a shower and breakfast - a night's sleep.

The price is of quality. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Everything is simple but authentic. The rooms are simple, with simple decoration and decoration, but perfect for staying overnight. We were in cold weather, the rooms were heated by air conditioning. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, with a spacious lounge, a pond and a walking area. It's convenient to visit by car. Wine and other alcohol is better to take with you. The hotel has only beer and lemonade. It's a 5-10 minute drive to the city centre.

You can live

A little weird location, outside of the not-so-big cit of Akhaltsikhe, and not particularly close to anything other then a lakeside where people seemed to like to stroll around. So this one I guess you chose because it's on your way, and not because it is where you are going. 

The rooms where quite large, with good working a/c, wifi and most things you'll need (but no bottle of water or waste bin in the main room). I found my room to be as clean as I would expect. 

They serve a decent breakfast (no buffet, though).

Fine rooms, but check the location

I lived alone in a cottage by the lake. It was a great place for one night, the room was clean, there were slippers, towels and disposable soap supplies, the working air conditioner. The only thing that was a little boring was being cut off from the main hotel.

Nice and quiet place.

We got in late, in the car, and we couldn't find any more hotels. We took a room in three. Not budget, but clean room. With the water, luck, it was hot and cold.

I found it by accident.

We only stayed here for one day. We had three spacious rooms, a spacious bathroom. The hotel itself was decent, breakfast was good, but not a Swedish table, the staff was friendly. We were driving to the fortress far enough.

More or less.

Three-storey hotel has a very poor showing even the name is not enough visible. Located very far from the city center and the city's most attractive sites. The rooms are very basic and not luxurious. Georgian breakfast is quite basic and traditional taste. Unpleasant poor hotel environment. Reasonable service. Suitable as a hotel across the night on the road.
