Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while I were traveling across Georgia, the hotel is clean, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food was average for all meals as I am a muslim and I were struggling with finding out any food without pork, the chef were helpful I were trying to explain to him that I don't eat pork at the end someone helped me out from the guests by explaining to chef what I mean.

Seems no one there specks English even when I went for skiing I were finding a difficulties with dealing with people.

The Hotel in general is OK.

I stayed in this hotel as a part of conducted tour.
The hotel is remote from the center
and Bakuriani is a small village
The view is very beautiful
The food is OK
Lobby quite large - the Bar has not much to offer

Clean and nice

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group, so can’t comment on price/value.  The hotel appears to be quite new.  We had a huge room (307) with a small balcony.  There were only a few other people staying at the hotel, so it was very quiet.  The room was very clean.  None of the staff appeared to speak any English, so we were dependent on our tour leader for any needs or concerns.  There was a light out in the bathroom, which they replaced as requested, but the light over the mirror was missing and they said they didn’t have a bulb to fix it, which made it a little dark for shaving.  There was a small refrigerator for keeping drinks cold and a hot pot for making tea.  There was no tea in the room, although there were cups.  My partner had her own tea, while I brought some up from the dining room from the evening meal.  When it’s on, there’s lots of hot water, but like a lot of hotels in this part of the world they turn it off from about 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.  There was a TV but no channels in English.  The diner buffet was good, as was the breakfast.  Wifi was available in the room, although somewhat slow.  The hotel is away from town and there are no groceries, etc., available close by.

Nice hotel and decent food

Stayed one night here as part of a tour in the summer.  This hotel is geared for the winter ski set, and shows.  It was empty when we checked in.  The location is off the beaten track - there is not much to see or walk to.  The positives were the free wifi in lobby, spacious rooms, and a bathroom where the shower did not leak (a seemingly common problem in Georgia).  The included dinner and breakfast were good.  There was a pool table and a friendly bar in the lobby, which was pleasant

Clean friendly hotel in lesser Caucasus

We stayed for 1 night on September 2011. We were 3 couples, a guide and a driver. This sums up the whole hotel guests at that time. The hotel looks pretty new. Rooms are huuuuge. Large TV screen, but nothing to watch if you don't speak the language. It was quite chill in September, but the heat was not on, and we were freezing. The front desk promised to turn it on, but it took a few more requests, and 2-3 hours before we started to melt.
Food was plenty, but not very tasty. plane and simple.
As much as I hate the crowd, it's not very pleasant to stay in a large empty hotel.
