We have stayed at this wonderful Apartment Hotel for a long term rental and we have been very happy here. We can highly recommend staying here. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony had an outstanding view of the green park on the New Boulevard and the Black Sea. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and blackout curtains are a relief for light sleepers, with AC/heating in both the living room and the bedroom. There's plenty of wardrobe, and storage space, with a fully equipped kitchen, good counter space, including microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is large with ample drawer space, a rain shower with good pressure, and plenty of hot water. There's a dining table, large desk for working and two TVs. Balcony furniture allows you to take in the fantastic sunsets. One downside for being this high up on the 36th floor is the incredible sound of the wind when it picks up and can be disturbing while sleeping. However, the views and the space make up for that.  The staff at the building reception are exceptional! They are very friendly, helpful, speak English and are quick to help you with any problems you may have.  We had a few maintenance issues that were rectified immediately without any fuss or delay. As well, the cleaning staff is remarkable and does an immaculate job cleaning up the apartment, leaving it spotless. And even though this is a very large building with many floors and units, the six elevators are very efficient and get you to your floor quickly without having to wait. With a splendid view, comfortable living space, city buses right outside your door, a seaside promenade, many nearby restaurants, a wonderful cafe on the 37th floor, along with a mall and grocery shopping across the street, it's a no-brainer you should stay here! So what are you waiting for?!

I recommend a vacation to the Orby Beach Tower!

It was March 22nd, there was some kind of overlooked floor, it looked scary from the balcony, but the view was fantastic, of course. I had the sea and the mountains. The morning smoke was fairy tale in the mountains. The atmosphere, I understand, is standard everywhere. And the filling, for example, of the little things in the kitchen niche or in the bathroom, depends on the owner of the apartment.

The floor was not high, but the sea was still visible, although the side view of the cars was not audible, because it was raining, the balcony was closed, the beach and the waterfront were pedestrian-friendly, as well as the square in front of the windows, the shopping center - just a few metres away.

I don't recommend stopping at this place. It's disgusting: everything from the receptionist to the room itself. Be prepared that you may not be immediately moved to normal apartments: either there will be a smell of sewage or a broken bed and the room will go to construction (not at sea, as was stated). And the contingent that arrives there is generally terrifying. The most humiliating thing is that when we were evicted we were still accused of cheating!!! The receptionist is working with the most uncustom Georgians, about whom everyone is used to talking. And in general, rest in Batumi is a useless waste of money: expensive, dirty, disgusting service, and be prepared to have such a terrible relationship with the families of all the countries that we've been traveling to, which will encompass a large number of infected families!

The room looks super nice, but the room smells terrible.We stayed in the complex for 9 days only once and until we insisted on the reception, while while there was no one in the room, someone came in and crawled into our stuff and we never got to find out who.We left at 12 00 transfer at 19 30.The baggage to leave nowhere not the backpack or how + TWALEOV in the hotel is not closed for COVID-19.

The room smelled terrible when they asked me to change the room, and they said that there were no spare rooms, and they could only remove the room again, but they never did. The elevator works very badly, stops constantly and drives very slowly. We lived on the 36th floor, took the elevator for 10 minutes.

It's a terrible service.

It was perfect apartment white perfect view <3 near the sea <3 close from the airport and next to city mole <3 I was there white my girlfriend and spend perfect 1 weeks <3 I recommend this amazing places You will never forget this <3

Recommendation

Probably the best place to stay in Batumi. 

The sea is literary 50 meters away, the New Boulevard is over the road (just 20 meters away). Great restaurants are within 200 meters.

Getting to Old Batumi will take either 10 minutes on a taxi or 1-hour stroll along the sea. Fantastic Kvariati beach is 10 km (20 min on taxi) away behind the airport. 

Best place to stay in Batumi

Very nice aparthotel, first line, new beach, beautiful park, new rooms, lobby design, sea view. Soon there will still be a restaurant, cafe, fitness room - then everything will be super))). Nearby there is a night market, shopping gallery, casino.
