Location is perfect, in the heart of Batumi. Room was fine as expected. Staff were friendly and communicative. Beds were very soft. Fridge with free wine was a very nice add-on. Price per night was very low even for a Georgia.

Perfect location and VERY reasonable prices.

Of course this is not a 5 star hotel but we got much more for our money than we expected. 
The staff is very nice and friendly, we even got welcome drinks and they allowed us to leave our luggage there during the day, after checkout. 
The room was clean and big. 
We met also an old guy there who tried to make us drunk (almost succeed). We liked him.
Bad things: the bathroom smells like cigarettes, I couldn't find out why. The entrance looks scary but who cares. The bed should be changed, it's still comfortable but noisy and lost it's shape.
Definitely worth the money.  


Good value

The guest house is located in the downtown. The staff are cute caring people who work on the client side. We arrived at 7 am, and planned to pay a little extra for an early arrival, but we were refused. We had to take the most budget room in order to move to a better room at 12:00, but the simplest room turned out to be very comfortable and with a stunning view of the sea, therefore we stayed in it, because there was no point in overpaying, assembling and disassembling luggage.

Cozy place

A very good place to stay in Batumi. Clean and very personal. We felt like home. I would have rated 5 if there had been a breakfast option.
The lady in reception is very helpful.
The hotel must not be judged from the entrance, which looks miserable.
Nice location with walking distance to everything. We took a Masrutky, just 5 minutes away from hotel,  to Kutaisi.

Perfect stay in Batumi

This place was the worst during our trip around Georgia.

We came to Batumi after our hiking in Svaneti. I must say I was expecting much much more from this highly rated Guest house. 

We were stationed in room 101a - first floor, first on left. Room has no aircondition, bed was in a bad shape, always hot, fan doesn't do much, windows don't close well to lower the outside sounds, lock mechanism was broken so we had to lock our room in order to have doors closed... 
Shared bathroom was another comedy... no shower courtains, water is everywhere if you're careful, seals between bathtub and wall are gone so water probably flows behind the tub... 
We received a welcome drink in our room - chacha and wine. Wine was the worst on our trip and I left it. For the first time here. 

I'm giving this place a 2 out of 5 stars. Although I was expecting much more based on rating and seeing old couples staying here I must say room was still clean - at least the sheats. We stayed because we're travellers not some fancy couple. We loved staying in Svaneti in their home stays and they were all way better than this here.

Overrated

If you get a room with shared bathroom, keep in mind that the bathroom might be on the second floor, which means that you need to go through the reception everytime you go to the toilet. The room we got was without air con, there was a fan though but very poor one. We changed the room later because it was impossible to sleep in the summer heat.

Great location, nice view and friendly hostess but there were some issues

We had a really big room with private bathroom. This was all very comfortable. There were nice extras too. The location is very good but the entrance and stairwell area is a bit depressing. The lady was helpful in organising a private car/taxi to take us from Batumi to Mestia.
