The room itself was neat but mostly basic, tv wasn't working but not like I was interested in watching georgian tv anyways. The location was perfect, 10minutes to get wherever I wanted. What made the stay so wondefull, was the host Gurami, who was almost a friend to me. He helped me with everything I needed, explained where and how to find mobile card, told me where are the best currency exchange rates, how to find buses to get to nearby towns and helped me arrange day trips to all the best Georgian sites. He helped me with literally EVERYTHING and was always down for a chat about life. If I'm ever to go back to Batumi, I will most definitely stay at Ritsa again. Best wishes!!!
