They say it's 4 star,  but it doesn't have even 1 star.  Dirty rooms,  no cleaning during 3 days,  no change of towels.  Poorest wifi. Thin walls so extremely noisy at nights.  No elevator. Poor breakfast. Old mattresses with metal strings you could feel. 

Worst hotel in my life

i stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family. our room was very small and it was for a couple not for a family. the bathroom was clean but there were lots of mosquitoes in there. there was no safe in the room and we had to take our money with ourself every where. and also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. the staff were not friendly and couldn't speak english. the breakfast was there worst part. food variation was very low and there was NO COFFEE!!! the wifi is only available in lobby. one time we asked for extra towels but they said NO TOWEL very rude.
the only positive thing about this hotel is the location. this hotel is near the beach and you can reach the sea with just 2 minutes walking. there are also few restaurants and supermarkets near it which is very good.

not a good one

Although its location is good@ you have free entrance to Aqua park , however the facilities nor their behaviour is good . 
Except one refrigerator & one small tv , there is absoloutly nothing in the rooms . There is no elevator in the hotel , behaviour of the staff is not for a 4 star hotel , and I have just put the breakfast menu picture which indicates so many points . 


weak service

We stayed in this 4 star hotel during summer 2017. We reserved 2 twin bedrooms. There were no glasses, no kettle and no hair-drier in the room and when we called and asked for glasses they told us they don't have room service and we have to get the glasses in person from downstairs!!! The room was full of mosquitos, the bed and the door were broken the mattress was dirty; the room was so dark so we called and asked for the reason and they said it's so romantic!!!!!!! It was the second day that we figured out the bathtub was broken and the water was leaking from under so we talked to the reception and asked them to check the room. We followed this case over and over and at last we persuaded them to check the bathtub. Afterwards we argued for almost half an hour to change our room and at last they throw another room's key in front of us!!!!! So we changed the room and thought that this was over but at the last day when we were checking out the guy in reception asked for 80 dollars of penalty for breaking the bathtub. Imagine our surprize, me and my husband are both very skinny people. I got crazy and I shouted and said that I needed to talk to their manager. Of course they didn't put me through but after denying to pay the amount they finally said F... this room, OK. The behaviour of the reception and the staff was awful and they were so rude & unprofessional. This was the worst hotel I have ever entered.

AQUA PARK in Batumi is THE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD

We went to there by camping vehicle, all hotel and restaurant services was perfect spesially aqua park, the beach road in front of hotel is a long clean pavion to make an oacational relaxation and ends to the city center...
