This was our first stop in Georgia, and the lady that runs this place is super friendly.  She greeted us by name, and got us lined out for activities in the area.  She provided a very wholesome breakfast, and even treated us to some of her village wine.  The house itself is pretty simple, but full of memories of guests from yesteryear.  The only thing to be aware of is that this place doesn't have A/C, so it gets warm upstairs.  A few portable fans would be a great addition to the rooms to get some air flow and cool off the rooms in the evening.

Excellent Host and Guest House Experience

Guest house Nitsa is lovely, warm and welcoming! My partner and I have stayed a few times and even brought friends. The rooms are comfortable and have everything one needs. Lia serves a delicious breakfast, and dinner can be added for an additional cost. The location is very convenient for almost everything Gori has to offer.  We will definitely be staying again soon! 

Always a wonderful stay

Nitsa greeted me very warmly and instantly felt welcome in her guest house. Bathrooms are down the hall and they were fine. I had been traveling for a couple weeks and she did my laundry.  She cooked a delicious dinner for the guests and then was up making breakfast. She works very hard and it was a joy to stay at her guesthouse. Her place is also very centrally located, you can walk everywhere. 

Fabulous place. Nitsa is very warm, welcoming and gracious. 

The Guest house exceeds anybody expectations not only for the place itself but for the warm welcoming of the owners who are extremely warm. The breakfast is rich, as per the dinner if you opt to dine in (recommended), with everything homemade, starting from the wine. They try to accommodate any needs of the customer. They have about 5 rooms but also a big central living room for sleeping bags if a big number of guests will arrive.

Feeling at home host by a Georgian mum

Loved my stay here and I would recommend it to anyone. The family are so welcoming and just beautiful. The house is full of artworks made by the children, which is just so visually appealing. The breakfast the next morning was all home made or locally produced products! So yum! 

Such a warm welcome by an amazing family! 

We can in the evening without reservation and were welcomed in. Very lovely place. A little chilly in the house but she turned our heating on and the room stayed warm. Wonderful breakfast every morning with something different each time. The host always had tips for us and was always there if we had questions. The water pressure in the shower was somehow very low, but I didn’t ask why so maybe there was a trick I didn’t get.  We were able to do our laundry as well. WiFi was fast as well. Wonderful company. 

Great stay

I stayed one night in this lovely guesthouse. It is in a good location (like 5 minutes slow walk from the stalin museum) and has a great atmosphere. I stayed in a three person room, for a 1 person price. The room was clean and cosy. There is a big living room downstairs where you can hang out or eat. I had dinner and breakfast there for a good price which was really good and tasty. I was welcomed by the mother of the family, who is so nice, and i got tea and fruit etc. She is really a warm, welcoming person,. There is one toilet upstairs and a bathroom downstairs (which is also used by the family). There is also a garden but it poured when i was there. The father of the familyis also the driver and he took me to Uplistikhe and then made sure i got on the right bus to Kutaisi. English is basic but the kids speak good english.
