We spent only one night in Guest House Elene in Gori, but I wish we stayed for 3-4 days... Great location - easy to walk everywhere in Gori. Awesome owners: friendly, fun, attentive and caring. They clearly love what they do. They also have so much knowledge of the region and cool places to visit around Gori. 
Rooms are super comfortable, water pressure in the shower is better than in some hotels in big cities, and food... OMG food is to die for! Stay here and you will have the best homemade dinner in the whole of Georgia.
Plus, they have so many cats living on the premises - all of us love cats, so we were in heaven :)

Best place in Gori

We didn't expect much from this Guest House we only wanted to stop for a night and continue on the road but actually, we were very surprised the room was very clean and you can say even modern, the bed was very comfy and clean. there's a little garden with some benches and tables so we hang out until 1 am. you can make yourself tea and coffee all day. and the hosts were very open and happy to serve us. (the little girl spent almost all the night with us) theres a private parking and I very recommnd you to visit Stalin's Musem thats very only 5 minutes away.

Perfect and Lovely

Excellent guest house in Gori. The owners are very helpful, hospitable and friendly. The room was super clean and extremely modern. The breakfast was tasty and offered fruits, juice, vegetables, sausages, eggs and other things. I can only recommend this place.

Excellent Guest House

The guest house is named after the owners' daughter, Elene. Her parents, Beka and Ilona, are a great young couple who picked us up and made us feell part of the family. Great room at a reasonable price in a quiet neighbourhood, delicious breakfast, and fond memories. I Stalin had stayed here, here might have been nicer.

Wonderful Stay

Elene is a modern one bedroom flat, with a sofabed in the lounge/ kitchen. It is very warm, 4 heaters, has all facilities and is in a quiet street north end of the town. Its a 15 min walk to the Stalin museum and restaurant zone. Everything worked, good shower and beds. Bek, the owner was very helpful, he has a little english and v good russian and greek.  As the weather was wet and cool it was great to have such a warm place, usually you end up putting the gas cooker on to get heat!  Modern TV has a slot so you can plug in USB with your pics or films.  There are 24/7 shops nearby, and the small ones sell real chacha, if you insist you don't want vodka. Good value. I rarely give full marks but this one gets it.

Overnight stop in Gori

The guesthouse offers great breakfast with a vast choice of food. The owners are very helpful so if you need anything just ask. Unfortunately, the room in which stayed had a broken toilet seat so using the bathroom was quite problematic.
