My room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing Kazbegi mountain and a window facing a chain on the opposite side.
The hotel is quite new, rooms are large and the view is fantastic.
The dining rooms is on the ground floor with the same fascinating view.
We had a breakfast and a dinner (with soup) at the hotel: the food is fresh and homemade.
The host - Georgy - is very kind like all the Georgians and can assist on all matters including excursions, special equipment rental, etc
Please mind that in front of the hotel there is a motor service center guarded by 2 dogs (they sometimes bark at night rather annoying).
Wi-Fi, water supply is ok, mattress excellently  hard, as for me the rooms lacks light, but generally all ok.
When taking a shower, water comes everywhere - I would suggest the host to solve the issue.
There is no TV in the rooms, but u don’t need it with such spectacular view.
Upon request they provided early breakfast and o would definetely reccomend this hotel to stay!!!

It is actually a guest house with basic amenities and a local Georgian feel. I gave it 4 stars for its location and the local experience you get. When we arrived, we just headed to the kitchen to have a cup of tea. There where we also had our delicious typical breakfast. Dinner was also delicious. There is a spiral staircase so not suitable for handicapped but there are rooms first floor. The view on the mountains was amazing and at one point we rushed outside to get a picture of tge ever elusive kazbegi mountain. It is at a walking distance from the village where you start the trek to trinity church and where there are multiple restaurants and a live scene. So just to reiterate, it is not a hotel by the regular standards but rooms with four beds, a private bathroom and towels.
