The rooms are large, but very uncomfortable. No closet, it is a problem to hung your close. No table, you have no place to put a small stuff. Uncomfortable bathroom with no shelf to put your toothbrush, comb, etc. Very nice breakfast.

Nice hotel with big grass in front; cozy, quest atmospheric rooms and interior. Nino is a great hostess there! She always  makes sure that you are enjoying with your stay. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Nice choice to  enjoy staying in Kazbegi

The staff is honestly the worst, everyone in the restaurant is treated very badly. Don't think that they are going to come serve you, you have to get to the bar and order yourself.
When they are kind enough to answer you /look you in the eyes, they might show you how pissed off they are by your presence. And it's not only targetted at tourists, we saw staff yell at a local client. It is a real shame because the place in itself is nice...

Everything was fine, nice, beautiful
But the waiter (staff), with long hair and beard, he was rude, unprofessional, agressive, you can not ask anything he made so many bad expressions . We were shocked that nice place with good food have so bad guy. He will ruin your business for sure. I hope you will read this and take some action. Thanks and all the best. 🙂

Service

We visited off-season (May) and the accommodation was suited to the area - small but adequate room and bathroom., Nnot so good for extended stays... but adequate.
The hotel reception staff were very friendly.  The restaurant staff were not a happy bunch, though the food and drinks were fine..

Comfortable if snug, chalet accommodation

Only the restaurant. The environment is very welcoming, as were the people. The beer was very lovely and the wine deluxe. I went in the two nights I was in Kazbegi and how lucky I was! First evening the restaurant was actually closed to regular customers due to the Supra(!!) that was on that afternoon. However, I was made welcome and invited to partake. Strike me pink! Second evening I stuck to wine, unreal variety of cheeses and pickled vegetables. So good. I’d like to thank the friendly people. A surreal long weekend in picturesque winter wonderland Kazbegi.

An Oasis in paradise

We had an excellent meal here - good food, with some excellent options, good beer and a good price.  The quality and ambience were streets ahead of other restaurants in Kazbegi,  It is a little out of the town centre but quite easy to find.

A great place to have dinner in Kazbegi

While weekend dinner service is arthritic at best, a mid-week trip will not disappoint. The food is the best you will find in Kazbegi - much better than Rooms Hotel. Khinkali are very good, as are the Mexican potatoes and the Kebab. The only place to eat in Kazbegi, with an Aragveli beer to go with it! Also very reasonably priced, would recommend highly. 

Good food 

This is one of the best hotels in Kazbek. A new, stylish boutique hotel. The rooms are not super spacious, but ok. Balcony is shared with other rooms. The heating works perfectly but you cannot regulate it. Hence you may get too hot in the night. However, the hotel is completely understaffed. The receptionist works at the same time in the restaurant hence not always available. The rooms are cleaned only when you ask. The village has a limited number of restaurants and with the location (no public lighting on the streets) of the hotel you must use the hotel's restaurant. We spent in the hotel two nights and we had very unpleasant experience. We had to share a table with two  couples first time, and the restaurant was fully booked at 7pm with excursions and local people. The restaurant staff made no effort to find a table for us later in the evening even though we mentioned that we were hotel guests. The told us we should look up another restaurant in the town. As the property is the most premium facility in the town, local rich business people keep coming and going with their cars which looked a bit dodgy.
