We arrived in Mestia on the Vanilla sky flight from Kutaisi. The owners were very nice and picked us up from Mestia airport. They also arranged a great guy to tour Ushguli with us the next day, we had such a good connection with Tarial, he made our day.
The room was big with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The only thing we missed were chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view more after a day of hiking.
Breakfast was good, to much to eat it all unfortunately.
I really liked the location, in the older area behind the main street. Svan towers everywhere, people working on their land, friendly locals we chatted with through google translate, pigs and cows roaming the streets. 
If I ever have the opportunity to come back to Mestia, this is the place I will stay.


Welcoming hotel in beautiful surroundings

The location is perfect. In the middle of Mestia.  Just 5 minutes walk from Mestia Seti (central square) Good location from the airport too. 

The views are great. The whole Mestia, mounts, forests, and towers are visible. 

Very calm and cozy area.  ideal for rest and sleep.
The beds and cafeteria are very nice, clean and comfortable. 
The staff is very friendly. The host helped us to organize the trip in Ushguli.

Nice hotel with the great location and views

Amid a tough walking tour, the shower and relative comfort of this place were most welcome – especially after a subprime option the previous evening in Becho (not on Tripadvisor). That said, the food, while decent enough, lacked flair and was cast into shadow by that of other hotels in Georgia. Puppies sitting in a box awaited us on our return one evening while nearby, a foal suckled her mother and piglets cavorted – so there is character here and a short cut will take walkers into the centre of Mestia in a jiffy.

Good shower but predictable food

We found this hotel by coincidence while looking for some place to stay in Mestia. Since it is located a little out of the town centre, it is very silent with a view of Svan towers in the back of the building. It was also great to be able to leave our car in a gated car park, which we felt very safe with. The room was also sparkling clean and we felt so comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel over two nights and enjoyed trying various local dishes in a generous portion served by the hostess and everything we ate there tasted fantastic.

However the best part of staying at Lileo was experiencing the hospitality of the Svanetian hostess. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, she was very kind and caring yet professional. She offered us her hospitality in such a natural manner that it felt like we were staying at a friend's. Tourism in Mestia is rapidly growing and the town is full of tourists accommodations, but if you are after genuine hospitality and personal services, this is the place to stay.

Svanetian hospitality

We really liked staying here - spacious, unpretentious rooms, a wonderful view up the valley with Svan towers all around, and just about the best food we ate in Georgia, which is saying something. It's a few minutes walk from the centre which in our view was a good thing - you need stout shoes up the muddy lane, with cows and pigs wandering the back streets as you make your way in.

Calm, quiet, beautiful views, and really excellent home-cooked food

The staff was kind, the rooms clean, the food was served very nicely and portions were generous but the beds were awful; the worst we had anywhere in Georgia.  We complained to the manager the next day and she promptly moved us to a much nicer room with good beds!

Nice guest house but problem with the beds....

A hotel with big rooms that are OK for Georgia. A little bit far from town (7 min. by walk), do no walk by your stilleto’s, use boots. You meet cows and pigs along the street. Not unusual in Georgia, a cow seems to be a holy cow. In the evening no problem to walk to this hotel: there is light along the street. 
Rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast is typical Georgian, but not so special.
Nearby there are a few towers. 
Owner speaks German. They took us from the airport.
Free tea and coffee the whole day.
There is a terrace for seating outside, but it would be nice there were a few longchaises.

Good

The hotel is very basic, very helpful & friendly staff, the rooms are very basic, it was begining of May when I visited & was still very cold but they had turned off central heating, but the staff was very kind enough to give a room heater. The bathroom was small esp. the shower but had hot & cold water. The View from my room was very good . It came with free breakfast which was very good , they had a preset menu to order from & included freshly made eggs of choice, & typical Georgia breakfast. They did my Laundry for free which was very nice of them.
Overall very good the only negative side is its location, IF & when it rains you cannot walk outside or go anywhere without a car, it is a bit further from main town, no restaurant near by within walking distance, & there is no good metalled road , the road leading to the hotel has big pot holes which is filled with dirty water & cow dung as there are a lot of cows around, so make sure you have a car esp. when it rains.
The WiFi is free & very good.

Good & friendly staff but not a good location

Great location in Mestia, the hospitality was very warm and welcoming. From the first second we arrived everything was great. Clean room, wifi, dinner and breakfast were amazing - every day we had a different traditional dish including warm and cold food

Setting outside on the porch with a homemade cake and coffee and watching the view was definitely one of the most memorable moments of out entire trip
