I stayed at her house 2 nights but after I extended my stay by one more night because it was a quite nice to stay and enjoy the beautiful area with mountains surrounding . Dodo is the lady who is ready to help us anything we want while my stay at her house . Rooms are very clean and tidy . My room was with an attached bathroom and another two rooms with common bathroom. This is the one of best place to stay in mestia 

Clean and nice place

This 200 year old farmhouse is run by a 60 year old lady. She speaks very basic English but there is no problem understanding her. She makes a lovely fresh breakfast for whatever time suites you. Our room had no TV, but we were happy with this. Other rooms have TV. The bathroom is shared, you need to walk outside to it so in winter you make a quick run, if you are expecting a hotel you will be disappointed but if you want the cost home feel and just need a place to sleep it's well worth it. Location is also very good  

Delightful guest house 

Quite unpleasant experience with this place. If we stay there for longer than 1 night it would be a disaster and destroyed our vacation. We were given different room, because... relatives of the owner came that day, but the owner insisted she was right. Facilities were very poor! Surroundings of the property - also. From our window we saw some garbage. The host was unpleasantly tricky. We cancelled our stay. We paid for one night, that we stayed there and for one night more, as a cancellation fees. Nevertheless, the hots communicated with booking website and told them about no-show. We were very happy to leave that property....not to stay there and we immediately found much better place with very good facilities and friendly and reliable host! Just look around in Mestia. There are plenty of good places with good owners!
