Prima Rooms Hotel

Very cosy guesthouse. Administrator Bendjamin is always at your disposal whenever you need. I stay in room with private shower and toilet and even have balcony. Location is great. Very close to all sightseeings either by metro or by foot. For budget hotel it is a great solution to stay.Picture is view from the balcony

Pleasant vocation

I literally stumbled in when walking from railway station to the city. 60 Lari for a single room. The "hotel" is a 2nd floor street side apartment with 4 rooms sharing one bathroom. Not too cosy and not too clean. Surprisingly charming staff. Because they really didn´t appear to be any charming at all in the first place. I guess this is the way Georgia just is.

OK for this price

This hotel is located in good localities so many restaurants all around you can get all nationalities foods on this street.
If you like shopping then you don’t have to go anywhere there are so many shops with big discounts.
This I will not called hotel it’s kind of apartment you get one room attached a compact bathroom.
In room you can see ant are moving around.

In the room amenities they provide towel , hand towel , sleeper , soap and shampoo.
A cupboard and a refrigerator also placed in the room.
There is no safe deposit box
No drinking water is provided by hotel 
No tea/coffee maker 
No hair dryer 
No toothbrush
Only one hotel staff available here in daytime 
And in night one staff is sleeping here.

You can not see any hotel staff in night 

If you need to your room housekeeping then you have to submit key at reception and inform them to do and they will do just formality even they are not changing bed sheets they just place the thing on right places that it 
If you did not inform them they will do nothing 

There are only 2 staff they are very friendly they will help you for everything whatever you want to know they will help you.

As hotel name says its rooms so it’s only like rooms you can sleep here 


Located in good localities 

It’s on a principal street about twenty minutes walk through a poor area from the station. It’s just a few rooms and occupies the first floor of an old building.
It’s an average budget experience, acceptable for a short stay but nothing really going for it except location. 

Good location but

This hotel only is very good place but it's very bad. No elevators, no refreghetor, no restaurant, very bad breakefast in other place, 3 floor with 70 upstairs, no water, bath with cold water, no reception ...
It's owfull
