The hotel is well maintained, service is very good, stuff is polite and accommodating, price is right. 
The restaurant serves very tasty food and seems to be always busy.  
A bit further from the city (Tbilisi) but transportation is very cheap. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Nice place to stay.

Staff are good and helfull.room are clean big and have all the thing that may you need... breakfast is good and nothing eles ... it's papular between themselves ... staff van speak English little but can help u 

Good and far from city center

This hotel is away from the city almost 12 km which will take approx 30-45 min to reach city because of traffic. Ask for a taxi from the reception which will cost you around GEL 5-6/- to city (depending on the drop off area). But while coming back from the city taxi may charge GEL 15-20. Tbilisi mall nearby but u still need a taxi. 
Basic hotel with basic amenities. You may need to ask the reception for tea kettle & water bottle. 
Breakfast: Not much variety of food available.
There is a Georgian restaurant, you can try that.
Reception: They speak English but not perfect. They will try to help you guiding the route/can speak on behalf of you with the taxi driver (people generally speak Georgian/Russian in Georgia)
Rooms are very small.

Don't expect much. Away from the city with OK service

I don’t understand what is the hype about. If I am able to post the picture right here I will. If not I’m ill post it on Book it and tips advisor. Absolutely terrible communistic treatment. They treat American with disrespect acting like we will not cover our bills. Yelling at the customer while we brought them business with 25 booked rooms it’s a joke. The management is horrible. All I have to say book at it how we found our room. I specifically requested cleaning which they simply didn’t do.

Don’t waste your time, energy and money!!!

Some times they don't clean the room although you told them to do!
