So comfortable hotel with excellent service. They were very welcoming. They make our stay very comfortable and ensured everything was just right. They even recommended the places in Tbilisi. It was an awesome trip. Thank you. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Tbilisi. 

Excellent stay

The hotel is run by very friendly staffs. It is  in the middle of the city where you have very easy access to whole of Tbilisi. The bed was very comfortable and so the bathroom. The service provided by the housekeeping were excellent as they make sure to change your linen every single day. Breakfast was limited but it taste very nice. I love the cheese and the Turkish coffee. Overall great stay and you can consider this hotel when visiting Georgia. Thank you Ms Sofia and the team.  

We really like everything about the hotel,Very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. Breakfast was delicious not a wide spread buffet but everything taste so good. Staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs. Our pick up and drop off to the airport was also arrange by the hotel which was a great help. A Big Thank you to Ms. Sofia and her Team for making us feel so welcome and our stay in Georgia memorable.

Great Place!!

We stayed here for three nights on the back of a trip travelling through Georgia. It’s a downhill 15 minute walk to the old town, ideal for seeing tiblisi and away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is quite good, the staff very helpful and friendly. The balcony is a great addition for those of you who like a balcony! Recommended 

Great Balcony, helpful staff, good location 

The staff were friendly throughout my stay. Made sure to say good morning and hi every time i went and came. I felt very welcome

I was surprised to see such a squeaky clean bathroom. It was very comfortable to use if that makes any sense? The room was cosy and had good interior. I almost think it was newly designed. 

But i feel that I must warn you (especially if you get the rooms on the first floor), that you will hear everything. And I mean doors opening and closing, people talking, a faucet running, someone taking a shower, footsteps. It's not a problem when you're dead tired from the day and can fall into a deep sleep. But if you're a light sleeper, you'll probably hear noise until well into the middle of the night. 

Nevertheless, the place is near Sameba church/St. Trinity (which has a fast food restaurant that sells good kachapuri). Literally just outside the hotel's street. And the metro isn't far. But if you can walk a distance more, you can get to the peace bridge by foot. It's doable. Lol. The positives really make up for that just one negative. 

Also, you won't get disappointed if you book their airport transpo if you need someone to talk to during the trip. Their driver's a charming guy and tries his best to make conversation.

For the benefit of future travellers ,this hotel is in a lane opposite direction of church.when surching always say sameba church instead of st. trinity to the taxi drivers because local people know it by sameba only no body knows lane name just say sameba and your hotel is just opposite to the church in a lane.

Nice little hoteli

This small hotel is on the other side of river and 1min walk from the Holy Trinity Cathedral. It can take some time to walk to the old Tbilisi (and back up-hill) but still within walking distance, and about 10 min away from the metro station.

The staff were very friendly even though not very knowledgable to trips outside Tbilisi. Some speak good English, others would make a phone call to the owner when their English limited the communication.

Breakfast was good and varied. The staff could arrange breakfast earlier upon request on guests' convenience.

The family room on the 2nd floor was spacious and has a balcony with view. The rooms were not very sound-proofing (common in Georgia), but we managed to sleep well during our stay.

The view from the roof-top terrace was great in the evening. You could see the city lights across the river and the Holy Trinity Cathedral (with some blocking).
