Hotel well based in town center.staff and owner very friendly. Feels at home. Very frienfly and cheerful staff who will go all the way to help you. We were happy to stay in this hotel and will return there on our next visit. Do recommend this to anyone visiting Tbilisi where he can find tranquility, home feeling and nice staff.

Review

The hotel is located very close to a road that is always busy. So be prepared that there will be noise in your room. It is the same close to the road and with rooms back at the hotel.

Breakfast was low quality with just bread, coffee/tea with a changing element (fried eggs, warmed left over potato mash...). Staff were smoking in the next table while people were having breakfast.

In the bathroom one of the shower doors was missing and water was spilling on the floor. How hard it can be to notice it is missing? The bathroom was not cleaned properly after guests as there was a lot of hair in the bathroom drain. They did not add toilet paper even if it had run out completely.

On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and room spacious. There was also a fridge in the room. 

Low quality hotel

The place of hotel is excellent, you can go in 10 minutes by walking to the center. After being there we can say that only this is the reason that you can stay here((. Staff was very friendly, Specially Anna was very kindly. 
But I think they will give more  attention  of  cleanliness of room. They cant give breakfast  on time. After making a something in the kitchen the bad smells stay at the dining room, or they can smoke in that area. 

Near to the center 

I don't know where to start. I travel a lot for my work and I stay in places ranging from private homes to luxury hotels and everything in between. I like to keep an open mind but I also like my accommodation to be a place of rest and tranquility. 

This hotel is right on one of Tbilisi's busiest roads with windows which are certainly not double glazed. I thought a room at the back of the hotel would be better but there you contend with barking dogs and the sound of cars coming and going from the parking lot just meters from your bed. Despite non smoking signs in the corridor, the smell of cigarette smoke permeates every corner of the building and gets stronger in the evenings as the bored night porter chain-smokes his hours away. 

The rooms i and my colleague had were large with very comfortable beds, however there were some basic hygiene and maintenance issues. Really, it's not difficult to wipe a toilet seat (and the floor around it) between guests. In one room the toilet seat was broken and the door to the bathroom didn't close. Why not fix these small things as they happen?There doesn't seem to be daily housekeeping so you might not get a clean towel or extra toilet paper unless you ask for them. After 4 days your rubbish bin might be overflowing too.

The reception staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful that I feel bad complaining but I also have the impression that the owner/ management don't seem to realise (or care) what is important for guests. A large, humming refrigerator heaving with snacks should  not be a priority when there is no peace, fresh air or sense of cleanliness.

I am sure it's cheap but I will not be rushing back to stay here.
