I visited this hotel with a group of friends. Lasha (hotel owner) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. He could book train ticket and transport to Batumi with half the price, when he didn't have to. He accepted early check-in and kept offering his service for the whole time of our stay. I would definitely revisit this hotel and I highly recommend it.
