We just arrived in this hotel, and in hotel there was no water bottles kept they tagged them 3 star hotel. We called reception ask for water bottles he said we do not have water bottles in entire hotel go buy from outside and we requested call back from manager he came to room and very rude said we do not provide water bottles in the rooms you drink from tab or buy it from outside.

Such a reply from manager was not expected poor service.

Worst experience do not book

Not safe Rude Manager 

We had 2 rooms in ZP hotel through Holiday Factory, we were only able to use 1 room,  2 members of the family had to sleep on the floor. Room 404 was a disaster - Ac was not cooling the room and the water over flow in the toilet, all was unbearable. The reception was clueless about their policies and we had to keep checking with them on house keeping etc. When they cld hv made this much easier on new guest.   Some of the staff were courteous, while the others lacked it. 

Unpleasant experience at Hotel ZP, Georgia

We arrived at this cosy boutique hotel in the evening and our room was on the 4th floor. There was no assistance to carry our bags. Anyway, during our short stay we had a comfy room and breakfast was a good selection of cheese. Do recommend this place for those on a budget looking for a clean and comfy room and that’s accessible to the center of Tbilisi. It’s all a walking distance. Pick up a free line at the airport as you will need data to walk the lovely streets.

Cosy boutique hotel

Yes yes yes if you want a great location!! The Medan Square 4 min walk, a lot of restaurants, clubs, bars, underground Market, sulfur bath, everything next to the hotel. Few minutes walk to bridge of peace, if you come out from the hotel you will see the Statue of Mother of Georgia. We had a great view from the room. However breakfast was limited but it was good, no complain. Room was specious, bathroom was big, very clean and tidy room, HK service was good. Staff are very helpful specially Devid. We enjoyed our stay.

One thing!! The hotel doesn't have elevator 😒 though staff helped us to get our luggage to 2nd floor.

If you have big heavy bags, you must need taxi/ car near the hotel door step as the hotel is uphill from the road.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the location and breakfast. Some members of the staff were helpful and hospitable, the rest are just “no comment”.
Moreover, the room was cold and there was no chance to use conditioning to warm the room up. 
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was poor as well 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
Room service and cleanliness were average.

ZP Hotel can better!

Very well poditioned in Jeeish quarter of Old Tbilisi.Close to all city atractions.Reliable wifi, very helpful abd frienfly staff, who gave us great ideas where to go and what to see, their recomnendations of restaurants were excellent.Comfortable beds, qualuty linen, cosmetics and towels. Balcony with a view , bargain in Tbilisi.I recomnend this place. Peaceful oasis in the busy Old Town of Tbilisi.

Gem in the Old Tbilisi Jewish quarter

ZP hotel is located in the middle of Tbilisi old city alleys, just above Gorgassali square - cross a bridge from there & You are in Rike park. We could also walk from there to the modern center: it took us about 15 minutes to the Liberty square.
We came by car - and finding the hotel while driving through narrow allays wasn't easy - but it was worse it: ZP has large private parking with a gate.
Our room was large & clean. Breakfast included quite a variety of dishes. Staff people helpful & polite

Its a small nice quite hotel....close to the main square in tbilisi.....which needs 7 minutes walking to reach there...good food and nice welcoming staff...its good that georgia hotels in general has a heavy excelent hair dryers in the rooms..other than the ones built- in bathrooms

Quite hotel

The hotel is beautifully situated in the old part of Tbilisi, within walking distance of the baths and the newly renovated parts of the city.
The hotel is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious enough, clean and equipped with all comforts (TV, Wifi, refrigerator, etc.). We had a private balcony, from which you have a beautiful view at Tbilisi.
The breakfast was well looked after and with enough choice between various food items.

Beautiful hotel at a great location

Upon my late arrival (5 am!) We were greeted by a friendly concierge and proceeded to our bedroom. A large 2 bedroom with a superb bathroom, renovated in great taste. Everything was provided : a fridge, WiFi (our own router in the room !) Water, large tv. I really couldn't fault the place. Cleanliness was also very much on point!
Breakfast was a continental buffet, a lot of choice and good quality !
I really can recommend staying here!
