A perfectly located small hotel - in the centre of Old Tbilisi - just a few step from everything you would like to see in this part of the town, but still very quiet because is situated in second row of buildings. Rooms are spacious and clean, well equipped (including a refrigerator and a fireplace) - our room had its own terrace and it was wonderful. Breakfasts are served in a dining room on the ground floor. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful - they all are great people (thank you for tasty wine!). They can also arrange a day tours if you wish. Highly recommended! I'm sure we will return there some day. The breakfasts could be more diversified - they are tasty, but eating the same for a few days in a row is not the best thing, especially in Georgia, where there is so many possibilities. Some equipments in rooms should be repaired or renewed, because using them may occur dangerous some day...
